Checkers — Restaurant in Florida

0 Stars for you! Compleatly revolting. Ordered two for threes chicken sandwich tonight cost to closing and they asked me to pull around to park turned off the lights there were no other cars waiting. 10 minutes later they brought me my order. Something told me to check it before I ate it and sure enough there was cum on the bottom of both patties!!! It was deffinetly NOT mayo . The color was a clear white and the consistancy matched that of cum. I did not even bother to touch it i threw them both away. I with certainly NOT be going back to ANY checkers food chain ever again. This is highly illegal and just plain disgusting. I realize you may be highly unhappy with your job, but im not your boss i am a customer and it is just compleatly disrespectful and highly dangerous due to i could have some kind of allergy or a weak immune system and what if you have some kind of std or flu or something!! I don't want that. And sorry it was so late but i was coming home after a long drive and my blood sugar was dropping so i stopped to get something quick. I have been to other locations in the past and the majority of them are dirty and the workers highly unhappy. When i was a kid in the 90's it was run way better. In the past several years it has started to become my last choice for a food stop due to the questionable quality and not so friendly service. So it's not going to be hard at...

I visited Checkers located in Carrollwood area (15515 N Dale Mabry Hwy, Tampa, FL 33618) and Northdale Blvd cross section around 11pm last night, as I was in the mood for a burger. I could have went to other restaurants in the area, then again, many of the options were closed or not within a distance I wanted to drive (and I was not in the mood for McDonalds).

I ordered two checker burgers and a medium fry. The drive thru experience was phenomenal. The drive thru was piling up; nevertheless, the line moved quickly and smooth.

The woman at the window taking the orders was very pleasant, courtesy, and reminded me to "hold on before driving away" as she still needed to return my debit card to me.

As for the burgers. They were good; however, I would have liked there to be a bit more lettuce. I should have take a picture now that I think about it. The fries seemed a bit overcooked and crunchy. There are occasions where I don't mind, but last night I preferred them to be less fried (I will not penalize my review for this).

My 4-star rating is simply based on the premise that I was hoping to have a more fuller sandwich, as apposed to one that was similar to a McDonalds cheeseburger. I hate leaving bad reviews but I'm thoroughly shocked how rudely I was treated today. I haven't had checkers in years. I placed a mobile order today and when I got to the restaurant I realized that they are using the left lane for mobile orders. I'm a large person and my vehicle had a very high center console. I can not reach across to grab stuff from the passenger side. So I pulled up to the other window. I told the guy that I wasn't able to reach across to use the other side. He was very rude with his response. He said " you can take off your seatbelt!" I tried to explain that even if I did my center console is to high for me to be able to reach. He just gave me a blank stare then handed me my stuff and said " well next time you either need to reach across or you need to get out and walk up". And then he shut the window in my face as I was trying to say sorry and thank you. I understand they have protocols. And if it was for his attitude and demeaning behavior I wouldn't have made this review. Btw I ordered large drinks and received medium but I didn't complain as who knows what would of happen if I did. As for the food, it was perfectly fine.
