From the moment I pulled into the Chick-fil-A drive-thru, the experience was refreshingly exceptional. Despite the line of cars ahead, the process was well-orchestrated—one of their attentive team members approached with a tablet to take my order right in my car, making it feel personalized and efficient. This approach not only keeps the line moving smoothly but reinforces the one-on-one attention Chick-fil-A is known for .
My order was delivered with precision—accurate, hot, and fresh. As I approached the window, the team greeted me warmly, and when I expressed thanks, a genuinely cheerful “my pleasure” followed, making me feel appreciated rather than just another transaction . And the small vase of fresh flowers on the table inside — a charming detail that speaks volumes about how they strive to elevate even the simplest dining experience .
Chick-fil-A consistently tops customer satisfaction rankings for a reason. The 2025 American Customer Satisfaction Index gave them an impressive score of 83 out of 100, earning them the top QSR spot for the 11th consecutive year . The chain is praised not only for speed, service, and order accuracy, but also for staff courtesy and food quality .
It’s clear that Chick-fil-A doesn’t cut corners. Their commitment to “second-mile service”—going above and beyond standard expectations—is more than a slogan; it’s the backbone of their consistent excellence. I’ve noticed how team members remember repeat customers and make sincere efforts to connect. Cleanliness, thoughtful touches, and a welcoming environment all contribute to a relaxed, enjoyable meal .
One thing that truly sets them apart is how they balance efficiency with personalization. While they may not always boast the absolute fastest drive-thru times overall, when adjusted for the high number of customers served, their per-car speed is among the best—and what’s more important, they maintain high standards in accuracy and satisfaction .
In short, my recent visit was everything I’ve come to expect from Chick-fil-A: friendly service, spot-on accuracy, freshly prepared food, and thoughtful details that elevate the experience. It’s no surprise they remain the gold standard in fast-food hospitality, and I’ll happily continue to return and recommend...
Read moreThe most HORRIBLE experience I have ever experienced at a food establishment! If I could give this place zero I would. I ordered a curbside meal for my son. After a half hour I waived down a worker to ask her about my order. She goes in to check. Another 10 minutes goes by and she comes out saying they can't find my order. She leaves. A guy by the name of James (shift manager) comes and asks me if anyone asked for my order number. I said no and gave it to him. Another 15 minutes go by and I get out of my car at this point. The woman tells me at the door that they're bagging up my order. Another 5 minutes and James comes out with my order, hands it to me with no care in the world. Doesn't even apologize or anything about the mess up. I told him are you serious? He said here's your order and walks away. I told him that I won't be coming back and he gives me a thumbs up as he's walking away. By that time I'm fed up! I go to the door and ask a worker if I could speak to the manager. Little did I know that it was the young little shift manager James that just gave me his rude little thumbs up. I asked him if that's how he treats all of his customers. He said we're really busy right now as if he doesn't want to waste his time talking to me. I asked if I could speak to someone else above him. He said no and he's the one handling this. He said since I said I won't come back that is why he gave me a thumbs up. Are you serious? That's how shift managers at Chick Fil A treat their customers? This location needs to make sure you know who you put in charge when stressful situations arise. Terrible place....

Via the app for curbside, today I ordered a #1 with no pickles, fries, and a lemonade, plus a market salad with balsamic and a spicy southwestern salad with creamy salsa.
Curbside pickup was smooth. I got home 10 minutes later and found a market salad topped with spicy chicken with garlic herb ranch dressing, another market salad with no meat, an order of grilled nuggets, two medium fries, and the lemonade (no sandwich). I confirmed our order was correct on the bag ticket. This store obviously lacks quality control as my order was sent out 90% incorrect.
I immediately called the number for the store to notify them and maybe get our correct order delivered - instead I was transferred to a national line where after a 12 minute conversation explaining what happened, I asked for a refund ($28) - they could only take my info and send it to the store rather than let me talk directly to the store. Now 8 hours later, no call back, no refund, and no chick-fil-a. I threw away the salads since they weren't right but my kid did enjoy her lemonade and fries.
Update 4/4 - 2 weeks and never heard back from the store regarding a refund or apology for the 3 incorrect meals in one order. My wife did file a complaint in the app and we received a free salad and free sandwich, but that doesn't cover all that was incorrect. Plus - it can only be used at the same store. The national and local customer service of this store are embarrassing. Local folks - go to Wickham Road. Leave this location for...
