Went on April 17th on the first official day of opening! Easily found parking.
I was told it would be a 10 minute wait for a table for just me which was fine since I could start tasting wines while I wait.
You load money onto a card they give you. You insert your card, choose the amount of wine you want from whichever bottle youâd like and wine will be poured into your glass. They provide descriptions of the wines to help you choose.
Now what I didnât love is I was told at minimum you had to load your card with $30. Yes you get to keep the card and come back at a later time if you donât spend all the money at once. But the fact you have to load $30 at minimum rather than choose your own amount left me feeling a bit unsettled.
Wines I tried were good and there is a decent selection. Prices of pours ranged from $1.75 to upwards $10. I was able to try about 6 different wines. I wish there was a better organization of the wines such as sweet to dry or by the type of wines but thatâs just me.
Dining takes place on the second floor. They have two patios to eat as well as the main dining space where there is more wine. While it is a beautiful space donât expect to get grand views just because of where the restaurant is located.
Donât feel inclined to dress up. Attire is more causal than you may expect.
I ordered their Ham & Cheese toast, Pepper-Bacon wrapped dates, and Flourless Chocolate Torte. This is not a place to get a meal but rather small bites. HOWEVER the fact that they charge $6 for ONE crostini is absolutely insane. I was in shock and very disappointed.
The dates were the best out of the three things I ate and for $15 was tasty but maybe a tad bit overpriced. The torte was extremely rich but delicious and I felt on par price wise at $9. I will say it took quite some time to receive each item. Even though it was opening night to wait over 5 mins for a piece of toast was off putting.
My waitress was friendly and attentive. She made my experience brighter.
I will return but maybe not in the nearest future. Itâs a great place for a girlâs night, date, or if youâre looking for something different than the bar scene. I look forward to seeing how they do in the future and what...

The wine selection was fair for both taste and price point. Like other competitors in central Florida (such as the Wine Room in Winter Park) they require guest to preload a card with a min purchase price. Here they require a $30 min load.
Food was decent. Out of the options selected, I'd say the veggie flatbread was the best ($18). The mac-n-cheese with Rock Shrimp is nothing to brag about. It was like kraft mac-n-cheese with good shrimp on top. The bread & butter options were good. The rest of the folks at my table enjoyed the charcuterie board.
Where I think they fall short is in the ambiance / entertainment space. Live music or at least music at the right volume + pace would be nice. I think Viera needs a spot where multi generational residents can go to just lounge and have a little bit more of an upbeat experience. This is not a family restaurant, so a bit more edginess would probably attract a good crowd of wine + lounge lovers.
Also, the layout is awkward. It felt very tight navigating through the wine vending areas (on both floors). Folks at my table echo'd the same sentiment.
Service was OK. I do think the $20 cork charge is a bit much... we were told by our server, that the wine vending machine are the primary revenue generator. She was friendly though and offered up recommendations...Which is a plus for the server to know the menu and have an opinion about their preferences.
I'd come back... probably in a few months after they make enhancements based on customer feedback. I like the...
Read moreThis restaurant is playing a dangerous game with patrons who have food allergies by not listing anywhere on their menu that they put highly allergenic nut oils in their food! I spoke to the wait staff and even called the manager after leaving, but I am not sure they truly appreciated the seriousness of this issue. I paid my bill in full with a tip, as it is not the wait staffs fault, but I do have a grievance with the owners. The owners of this establishment need to be more aware of listing on their menu the FULL ingredients of the items, especially given that food allergies are now so common. It is frustrating on many levels. This was our first time there and we were hoping to have a new place to go, but nowhere on the menu does it state they use walnut oil in their food/sauces. We have been to many other restaurants and other places list what is in their food, ( ex: ground pecans in a dessert crust etc). Consequently, my daughter had an immediate reaction to the food we ordered on her second bite. We did not know why she was having a reaction as we read the menu in detail before ordering and there was zero mention that walnut oil was used to prepare the food. Thankfully CVS was across the street and I was able to grab Benadryl, but this situation could have been gravely worse. Please update your menu to reflect all ingredients used and also list on your menu that there is a high risk for cross contamination of common allergens. This said, we will not be back, too bad considering that this would be a good place to have taken high-end clients of our business who come to town for dinner. Lastly, as an added update, the menu needs to be corrected anyway as there are spelling errors/typos....
