The worse evening ever at Chilis 11900 SW 88th St, Miami On Saturday the 15th in the evening, My brother left his wallet, we called right away, they put us on hold for long time and then they confirmed they have one, we went back for it and they said they didnt have any missing wallet, then the wallet showed up with the missing cash, precisely $260, they said first that they found it like that, then they said that a customer give it to the a waiter, ironically the same table was still empty by the time we got there, the stuff didnt show any concern on the matter, the manager was very rude, nobody was professional, they didnt care about what happen, they all had different histories and they looked very suspicious, we called the police, we wait for an hour, because we were waiting for so long, we called again to 911, they said that somebody that comes available will respond, but, they didnt know how long it will take, so we cancel the call, we are very disappointed, technically from they behavior and reaction they stole from us, it was pretty obvious that something was off, those kind of things shouldnt happen it all, very bad service!!!!, we make sure this awfullexperience spread on the social media.
I just find out that I could edit my review afterwards, well because of my rage I forgot to mention that the cook did come out from the kitchen to apologized to us after watching how badly we were treated by the manager, the cook was a nice and humble guy!. A few days after I post my review, I received a phone call from the chilis headquarters executive chief manager, regarding the issue, then a week after that I received a letter, he was very king, educated and professional, he showed much concern in the matter and he assured to take action making sure that such bad experience won’t repeat! I have to say that chili’s restaurant chain representative really care about their customers I did not go back to that particular restaurant, but, because of that phone call and that letter, I kept...

They gave us one of the high tables next to the bar instead of a booth. Those tables are small and cramped when everybody orders a dinner plate, but it was crowded, so not a big deal. I remembered their menu was limited, therefore I just ordered a house salad with shrimp on it and got the 2 for 1 beer special. Hard to mess that up and thankfully they did not. The others in my party were satisfied with their orders too. All in all, a good experience this time.
Edit 9/2024: We still haven't ordered take-out from this Chili's and don't plan to. However, we did go to this Chili's a couple of weeks ago to eat in-person. The wait just to get a table was unbelievably long, over an hour. Their menu has changed quite a bit, and not for the better. They have drastically reduced the number of choices and what's left is really basic (hamburger, fried chicken, wings, etc.) I don't see any reason to return.
Summer 2021: Due to Covid, my family and I have been ordering take out from Chili's instead of dining in. Their take-out staff has taken ineptitude to a whole new level. Every time we order take out, they always forget to include something from the order, whether it be a salad, a side, a drink, or a main dish. Just yesterday, I ordered a chicken fajita from the 2 for $25 menu and they forgot to include the chicken and guacamole! Of course, I didn't find this out until I got home 15 mins later and started unpacking the food. I called and they said they'd prepare another one. So I drive back and they hand me a to-go container with 6 little pieces of chicken and tiny container of guacamole. Unbelievable! I refuse to order take out from them again. Their dine-in service is...
Read moreIf I could give this Chili's NO STARS I would !! My Family and I came to this Chili's hoping for an awesome birthday celebration for my brother. And Boy were we wrong! After being seated my family and I had to wait over 10mins before a server came to our attention. After ordering I noticed we still hadn't gotten any waters brought to the table. It only got worse from there. After much waiting our food FINALLY got to the table. However it was brought to us one by one. Now what family likes to eat at separate times ? It's called a "family dinner" for a reason. Anywho, my mother's vegetarian fajita took much longer than expected. It was actually the last thing to come out. And by then the rest of the family was practically already done eating. At that moment we decided to finally ask for a manager. The manager on duty was named Mizmar and what a very rude manager he was. After my family and I explained what had happened all he did was apologize and say that he understood. But he didn't .After a short moment of talking with him another server by the name of Lindsey came to our table to see what was going on. She then proceeded to help us get all the things we needed. (Extra refills, extra sauce, water, napkins and tortilla's... because yes they even forgot to bring tortilla's with my mom's fajitas) Lindsey was the ONLY highlight of our night. Having a server that wasn't our sever to begin with, take on the roll of what a manager should have done was something we will never forget. Lindsey thank you for all that you did ! To the manager on duty and the staff I really hope you all can learn from this experience. Please treat your customers with respect and remember that we are here to help your...
