Chuck E. Cheese — Restaurant in Florida

I had my sons 1st birthday party here and it was an absolute blast! Brittany our host did an amazing job putting everything together if we had any issue she was there to resolve it with pure kindness. Everyone had a good time! my son, although he was small enjoyed the ticket blaster and dancing with chucky. He had a wonderful time on the trampoline and was closely monitored by the attendant due to his age which was very nice! The food was great we ordered pizzas, wings and garlic bread!

I took off two stars for the atmosphere because we did have an issue with other kids coming on the dance floor during our party and taking the spotlight away from my baby boy on his birthday. I did not mind a few of the small kids because I do understand it is a children’s place and kids are going to be kids, but there was two big kids wrestling and knocking him down, which was kind of upsetting. There should be a better way of securing the spots for the birthday kids on the dance floor to prevent kids around the area from jumping in and wrestling. We were trying to capture a special moment with my little boy and it was hard to do that.

I’m glad Brittany was there to help, she did a wonderful job and politely ask the parents to remove their kids, but there is only so much she can do when other parents are not following her authority and allowing their children to disrupt another’s group. Had I known what I know now about the dance floor, I would immediately put my guest kids on the dance floor with the birthday boy center stage so we can capture a good moment without worrying about other kids knocking him down or dancing in front of him because he is only 1. Thank you so much to the entire staff...

As the mother to a minor employee who worked at Chuck E Cheese Kendall location, I will say that my teenager was treated unfairly by one of the managers, Jose. The way Jose speaks to his employees, especially my teen, was completely unacceptable. My teen not only worked for your establishment but was your Pizza, Chicken Wing and Salad Maker, Food prep and game room attendant. He was one of few employees that was cross trained and in turn, taken advantage of. He went above and beyond and took pride in his work only to be judged, harassed and treated harshly by Jose. I am not being a " momma bear" bc my teen is almost an adult and can defend themselves but I am calling out what I saw for myself and what I was told by other employees as well who confirmed my teen was an excellent worker and treated terribly by this manager. For my minor child's privacy, I will not mention their name but any employee or manager reading this knows very well who this is regarding. To the other employees and managers, please speak up when you see unjust and unacceptable treatment to your coworkers and employees. Chuck E Cheese is suppose to be a fun place and it was extremely stressful, understaffed and hostile work environment. Do better. To other parents who take their children here, please be mindful and understanding when your food is taking too long. They are COMPLETELY understaffed and have mainly teenagers for staff members working alone in the kitchen with little to no help. The manager Jose will not assist and tell the employees they need to hurry up and work harder. Brittany is another manager and she was absolutely wonderful, very understanding and always helpful...

My review is based on service. On how the client should always be right more when what appeared to be the manager didnt even know his own work system. I ordered a large cheese pizza online. Since there was NO option to select what I wanted one half and the other half to be. (I wanted half cheese; half Hawaiian) I went ahead and entered it in the special instructions. When the apparent manager came to my table. He told me the way I entered it was not possible and that others had ordered it the correct way. I showed him HIS website and the ordering system and explained to him that it was nowhere to be found the way I wanted my pizza. Once again even though I demonstrated his website he told that there was a way. At this point I asked him to show me where it was on his website and can you believe he did not know his own system yet he was telling me that it was there. At the end of the day my pizza only came with cheese when I never received a resolution on what could be done. I never received the half and half I desired for. I work with clients all day and know what customer service looks like and is. But its clear to me that Chuck e cheese rather lose a loyal client that comes every Friday. Not because of the pizza but Yes! Due to lack of service and not finding...
