Red Flag #1: I called to place an order and I was inquiring if fried shrimp was part of the lunch special. I to repeat myself about 3 or 4 times and the guy kept asking me if I was talking about shrimp fried rice. Bottom line: Learn how to speak English. Red Flag #2: I ordered an order of the fried cheese wonton and I ordered the shrimp fried rice because he said it was part of the lunch special. NOT! The fried cheese wonton were soggy and the fried rice had onions almost bigger than the shrimp. bottom line: The food is horrible. Additionally, they don't fill the cup all the way for the sweet and sour sauce. Red Flag #3: I ate only one of the wontons and decided to return the rest and get my money back. The guy had the nerve to ask me how many I ate as he charged me for the one I ate. Ridiculous! Red Flag #4: No customers when I first arrived; no customers on my second visit and now I see why. I was willing to give a pass on the pad thai (maybe it was a version I had yet to encounter in the past 25yrs?!?), but the shrimp toast switcheroo was...
Read moreBrought my 2 grandkids for lunch after shopping. Ordered off of the lunch menu. The lady taking our order was VERY rude. She said eggroll or soda, all 3 of us said soda. I proceeded to give her my card, she rudely, with force, gave me my receipt and states, grab your drinks. There were cans and bottles of soda in the cooler. We chose the bottles. We sat down, waited for our food, drank some of our sodas ( as she watched). Food was ready. My Granddaughter proceeded to get the food as the lady rudely told me i owed her $3.25 for the sodas. I said, excuse me, She said it is cans, not bottles. You owe me money! I said nothing was told to us it is bottles. Very, very, very rude. I will not be back. And they want to know why we are the only one's here on a Sunday before christmas!? Poor...
