Recently moved to Ruskin area. Where we used to live didn’t have a checkers anywhere. Placed and order online got to the location and there were 3 cars in front of me told the employee I had a pick up for Melissa (mother’s name) was told to pull forward got to the window wasn’t even asked to confirm the pick up order and was handed 3 drinks a fruit punch and 2 mello yellows then told the price of the order which is the order behind me not my order. A key fact Restaurants aren’t supposed to take food or drinks back through the window for any reason due to the fact that it’s sanitary standards for business that serve food I have experience as I did fast food for a while in my teens. I proceed to give the drinks back and again said I had a pick up order for Melissa. I’m then told that the order was already given away to the car in front of me. At this point I’m like okay well can you make the order I came to pick up cause it was already paid for. I was told that they wouldn’t be making the order nor a refund.I showed the employee and the manager on duty that I had an order for pick up and was told there’s nothing that can be done the manager said that there was only herself and the other employee but was rudely told to go and park and something would be figured out. I said okay, and parked for 10 minutes with nothing in response. I called my family to check the name on the order I was given the wrong name and I proceeded to go back through the drive thru and tell them the name for the order again and I’m told they have it I was happy that I got the food that my family paid for but honestly the food quality sucked. The fries were lukewarm and the burgers we got the condiments were slathered on them like they were made with no care in the world and the burger patties were dry. I had ordered wings and they were not only dry but pieces of the wings were burnt from the deep fryer. The soda tasted like carbonated water so there was little to no syrup in the drink machine dispenser. The only item that we ordered that was remotely good was the funnel cake fries. Read moreThe worst customer service ever, I drove up to the drive thru to place my order and the girl running the window had a nasty attitude for no reason at all. I wanted the new flavored italian ice but they seem to never have it but it's been up on there menu now for about a month. I than asked for the watermelon flavor koolaid icee and mozzarella cheese sticks and I noticed she was not paying attention to my order and she was counting money and talking to someone else. She than asked me to repeat my order with an attitude so I responded with one also telling her that if she was paying attention to me placing my order than she would have known what I said. I than asked her what flavor wings they have and she nastedly told me look at the menu it's on the menu, I than replied to her that if the light was on in the menu than I'd be able to see what the menu says since it was already dark. I than said what I had to say and went to park and walked up to the window speaking with the manager. She was an older lady who looked as if she was in pain or something but she understood me and took care of my order, she was very kind. The guy that was in the store thought he could intimidate me asking me if I was the person talking to the girl on the drive thru and I told him yes it was me and if there was a problem letting him know that he did not intimidate me at all. At the end of everything and me getting my order the older lady walked outside to the drive thru window to turn on the light on the menu limping away. There were two young people able enough to go outside to handle that but instead they stayed inside doing nothing but talking to each other. I only gave this store a one star so that I can leave this rating. Although the manager was kind and took care of my order accordingly I still do not recommend this location to anyone. Read moreSo over this location. I was happy at first when it re-opened, but they need to keep it closed down. The service on multiple occasions has been unacceptable. There is always something wrong with my order, I always check before I leave. This last visit was the last straw. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO SUN CITY LOCATION, anywhere else fine but not them. As soon as I pull up there is a big sign on the speaker that advertises a $5 combo. When I get to the window they try to charge me regular price, the young man at the window got the manager to take care of it even after admitting he knows exactly what I'm talking about and he doesn't know why it's not ringing up correctly. Long story short after waiting for 5-7 mins watching the manager hold a personal convo with the customer at the window, she then decides to haul ass as far as making my food an even saying that the lady is going to have to get a hook up for waiting so long, talking about me. But she was so busy talking that she didn't realize I already had my food an was just waiting for my bill to be adjusted to what is advirtised, that didn't happen. This lady argued with me over the fact that she couldn't do anything about the price since it didn't wrong up in the computer like the advirtised price. I looked at her like the retarded oriental blonde looking cow she resembled and asked if I were anywhere else they would honor what they advertise but not this lady! Poor customer service skills.
