FS Cut & Color (Sun City Center, FL) — Local services in Riverview

This was my first and last time at this location. I have been going to Fantastic Sam's for years. This location was due to a last minute haircut for my kids. When we walked in, the lady behind the counter, looked at us like we were not at all welcome. She asked if we had an appointment, and I replied back with yes. She replied back with, go to your car and we will call you when we are ready but only 1 of you is allowed in at a time. So we went out to the car and waited. We finally got a call about 30 mins later. When she called, she made sure to say only 1 was allowed in. When the first child was done, he came out and told my youngest to go in. I followed behind to tell the hairdresser how to cut his hair. The lady behind the counter snapped at me when I walked in saying there was too many people inside. Mind you, there was a lady with 2 kids sitting there hanging out or something but they were not getting their hair done. She was in there before we got there and was still there when we left. Anyways, I paid for both my kids and told my youngest to just come outside when he was done. Also the lady doing my kids hair (Gabi #7 I think was her name) seemed super sweet. She even asked the lady behind the counter if she could help with hair cuts since she didn't have any appointments. The lady behind the counter seemed very rude and I hope this was due to having a bad day and this is not her normal behavior. I made an appointment for an all over color, cut and blow dry. The website had the prices at $22 for a haircut and around $70 for an all over color. When I arrived I was told I would receive the package deal and that it would be a little extra due to the length of my hair. When we were done. I was informed that the price is $157, I couldn’t understand. I was told that I was charged for my roots, the all over color and the cut, I was shocked they broke down the prices which I didn’t understand. I was charged separately for the color and the roots even thought it was all one color from the roots down. I tried to use my coupon, they wouldn’t take it cause it was “a package price” when I was rung up the receipt had $113 and $43 which was odd. I checked my bank account the next morning and I was charged $157 and another charge for $43, no one tried calling me, I drove down to the shop and was told they had a wrong # for me. The manager refunded the $43 overcharge. It was a bad experience which is too bad. The stylist did an amazing job ( Nona). I have been very happy with Fantastic Sams in Sun City. Katarina was Fantastic. I made an appointment for today, even though Katarina had left and they would not let me know where she was. I arrived at my appointment 15 minutes before and they checked me in for my appointment with Yvette. A person came over and asked if I wanted someone else. I said no, I was told that the person I was scheduled with was good with color, I had asked , when I made the appointment as I had a person there before who colored my hair green. I was assured Yvette was very good. I said I would wait, as the person walked away she gave me a strange look. I then realized that she must have been Yvette. I sat about another 10 minutes and went I went to the counter and asked if there was someone else as I did not like the way the person spoke and looked at me. The lady said she would see who else would have time. She said at 3pm. So I said ok. Then the lady who I spoke to came and sat next to me said that they would not have time for what I had booked for.
