Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

This place had me waiting 10 min wait for some cheese breadsticks and a pizza w garlic parm on crust. I go inside after 10-15 minutes and they told me that it wasn't even in yet. I just seen them hand someone who came in after me some breadsticks lile what i was waiting for.. he tells me i can have a free drink for them messing up.. And then after I wait that long I told him I wanted him to upgrade my pizza from a regular to a most bestest he said okay with garlic and butter parmesan on the crrust he hands me a pizza 15 minutes later with no garlic butter no parmesan on the cross not an extra most bestest.. i almost blew up i felt like they were messing with me..never going there again thanks to your wonderful and jolly front worker and whoever was involved with my...

I used their online ordering. The time had to be changed 2 minutes after I ordered. I asked the guy to change it 20 minutes later. He said ok, took a few minutes and said it was fixed. I got an email at my original time saying it was done. By the time I got there at my new time, my whole order had been thrown out just as I pulled up. I asked for a manager. He didnt offer to fix it. I had to ask. He even saw where it was supposed to be changed. I told him I wanted a free pizza because I had to wait during busy hours for my whole order to be redone.
