Ordered takeout, they got the lo mein and instead they gave us fried rice. We called to get a refund for the error and they told us to bring back the fried rice.. we let them know that we had already touched the rice, if they really needed us to bring it back to get a refund. They said doesn’t matter we touched it to bring it back or no refund. We say okay, can we bring the rice back tomorrow then since you should be throwing the rice away anyway? He said no because then they can’t resell it, it’s too late… with young kids it’s hard to leave the house again, we ask since it’s their error if they can deliver and he said his driver is not going to deliver it to us. Bring the rice and get the lo mein or refund in person only. We were at an empass and ended up just hanging up. The guy was rude, and clearly this place has no standards as they were ready to repackage our rice! #sanitary

This place has gone down hill. We’ve had problems here and there but this was the last straw. Trash...

This will be the last time ordering from this place. I have gad two different problems with this location. We always order from her because it's across the street from where we live. A while back I place an online order and added tip and payment we waited an hour later for delivery and when I called to see the status of my order it wasn't found and they forgot to place my order. When I called I had to reorder my entire order again and within 10 minutes it was at my door. They gave me a free liter of soda for the inconvenience. Last night we ordered crab Rangoon and shrimp fried rice. When we opened the container of rice. It was just rice and shrimp. There were no other vegetables, onions eggs and other things that fried rice is suppose to have. I called today to complain and she said she has nothing but happy customers for the last 23 years. I then replied well there is always a first time and I will never order from there again. I will never recommend this...
