China Wok — Restaurant in Florida

Very disappointed in our meal & service. Even though they have a few tables, it’s obvious they are geared for carry-out only. We “ate in”. Our appetizers were brought to us in stapled take out bags with no plates. When requested, we were given plastic spoons & forks & thin styrofoam plates. The worker seemed surprised that we wanted plates. We were not offered any options for anything to drink - not even water. The 2 employees we interacted with were pleasant enough, but seemed not to know how to deal with anyone eating in. One was a pre teen or young teen. Nothing that we ordered was at all good, but most was “edible”. We ordered crab Rangoon, egg rolls, fried rice, General Tso’s chicken, & cashew chicken. My husband took one or 2 bites of his General Tso’s & threw it away. No one checked on us to see if we needed anything... We would not recommend this place to anyone & will...

Extremely poor - scratch that, completely VOID of customer service.

Highly dissatisfied. Lack of common courtesy. No, I repeat NO etiquette. We will not be supporting this business again. This is not how we act or treat customers in the United States.

If you make a mistake, correct it. If you you give the wrong time, apologies would be nice. If you lose the order , again Accept responsibility.

I like China Wok it's a good place to eat every once and a while but, not every day. Their portions sizes are humongous and I never seem to be able to finish what I ordered in the first sitting (which is a big plus). They are kinda pricey though, just for my wife and I to eat a regular sized meal for two you're looking at 30 dollars. I do like that they have a large variety of things to choose from and a spicy option to choose from as well. The wait is always pretty long but I guess you could always call in your order ahead of time if you don't like to wait (who really does). All in all I think China Wok is an okay place to spend your...
