Food quality is adequate after many remakes .little ceasers standard of food quality is great... I worked in this building for about 4 weeks as a supposed managment position..first 2 weeks were seemingly great the next couple were a unusual thrill while the GM was away for over 10 days during my training ..while she was present the place ran amazingly ..while she was away the establishment was way below par ..young workers on the make line visibly having their hand held devices and phones on the makeline creating a health hazard ..many of the same people casually vaping and smoking inside of the establishment like it was a smoke shop ..many employees not even knowing how to properly sanitatize key areas much less know that the sanitation couldnt be useful with a hot water solution ..the same employees also lack time rotation on the pre pizza make..these pizzas are made ahead of time to be stored on a high rolling rack, at room temperature..some of these pre made non baked pizzas were completely overdue as far as time went by. They refused to follow proto call . rotation clearly was not a worry for employees. .refrigerated machines were shut down early so employees could clean and leave early. This is a very serious issue and causes raw sauce to become rancid and bubbling along with half of the toppings on that cold line becoming unservable.every single storage unit should be measured and passed for temperature adequacy while serving any customers ..the employees are removing cold makeline ingredients 2 hours before they should be .so when you enter this little ceasers establishment within the last 2 hours they take all of yours sauce ,cheese and toppings and leave them out in room temperature whole creating your pizza ..its completely unacceptable..the general manager is a hard dedicated worker but her staff cares more for themselves and bad habits than the well being of the establishment ..review wise this isnt the fast food pizzeria you would want to attend without the general manager present...this establishment becomes beyond low...
Read moreI tried ordering pizza for lunch. I ordered online and when I went to pick the pizza up, it was made with regular crust.
The employee told me she tried to call me and left a voicemail, I did see a missed call from an unknown number but no voicemail. They were out of thin crust so they went ahead and made it with regular crust. I asked them if they could remake the pizza with stuffed crust since it was their fault it was made wrong. She told me she would have to charge me an additional $2 and some change. The pizza was already $20. You mean to tell me you're going to charge me more for replacing a pizza that your system allowed me to order? The fact they needed to charge me the extra $2 for the stuffed crust is absolutely insane considering I was already there to pick it up.
This was my first (and LAST) experience...
Read moreOrdered a thin crust Extra Most Bestest pepperoni on the app. It costs $2.49 more that a regular crust, but there's less product {crust}, which is absolutely ridiculous. At the store, there was a sign at the counter that said Crazy Bread and sauce for $1.50 with an Extra Most Bestest pizza. I asked for it and was told it didn't apply to thin crust {WTH?| even though it's a more expensive pizza, and it had to be ordered at the time of the pizza {the offer is NOT on the app site}. They refused to honor the sign. I am DONE with Little Caesars and the BS...
