Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Florida

This Popeyes wasn’t altogether horrible when they first open. But it quickly went downhill. My favorite thing here is the spicy chicken sandwich and it seems consistency or even a halfway decent employee/manager base is an ongoing problem for them. When they first opened, there was always an overbearing amount of the spicy sauce on the sandwich. Then a few months later it’s always next to no sauce on it. Now two times in a row they flat out have given me the wrong sandwich, then try to argue with me saying they made it correct when I call them out on it. Unprofessional management and employees. Corporate sucks too, when you complain to them they don’t give you compensation that’s anywhere close to the amount of dollars wasted in the first place. When I finally got thru to them tonight, they ultimately tell me I have to waste my time and gas to come back to the store because they won’t process the refund unless I’m in person. We ordered on the app and they refused to give a receipt when we showed up so what’s the difference if I’m there or not?

Hopefully they start paying their people better and giving more hours so Arcadia doesn’t have to deal with a constant turn over of careless...

If I could give negative stars, I would on June 29th. I ordered 12 pieces 2 cajan fries for sides for some people working on our floors and getting the whole thing home and ready to serve the six small pieces on top were fine but the rest was burt on the bottom hidden under papers not to mention I waited 45 mins for this order the other people waiting next to me were givin my order so nicely the people gave it to me but it had mac and cheese and mashed potatoes as sides so I had to return to drive threw and get the correct sides lady copped a attitude after I explained nicely the mistake and she took 10 more mins to get the fries and no sweet tea this is the south that just doesn't happen but definitely will never return here I've been there half a dozen times and never is the order correct and management should get a handle on it because a lot of people walked...

The cashier was not the friendliest. At the conclusion of everyone’s order, she said, “Is that all?” As a customer I’d rather hear, “Would you like anything else?” I wanted the Cajun rice dish that has always been a favorite. It wasn’t on the menu, nor did she suggest anything else. Bummer. All of the paper goods in the ladies room were sitting on the handicap grab bar. They weren’t in dispensers. This seems very unsanitary. The chicken was dripping in grease. It completely lacked flavor. We don’t eat it all. The red beans & rice were disappointing. There weren’t many, if any, beans in the portion. The Mac & cheese was delicious. The cold slaw had very little taste. The fountain coke products were properly mixed and...
