Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Florida

I went to your Church's Chicken located at 2101 NW 79th Street Miami, 33147 on Saturday May 20th ,2017 at about 4:30 pm went to this particular location because I was close by. I went with my husband 5 children my mother and a family friend. I placed my order thru your drive thru. And I would like to say that the staff could not understand me through the speaker so I had to go up to the window to place my order when I got to the window. There are not many words that I can use to describe what I saw. The young lady at the window was so unbelievably filthy that my eyes just opened up as wide as I possibly could I had to rub my eyes turn away and look at her again because I could not believe that some who works in a food service facility would actually be permitted to present themselves at work like that . She was dirty from the waste up. She didn’t even have a hair net or a hat on. Her hair filthy and it was not even combed, her face was actually filthy with what look like to be powder or maybe flour and some type of brown scum on it and her work shirt was so filthy and full of all types of unpleasing looking stains . Her hands where terrible they were also dirty she looked so disgusting that my stomach turned and I felt like I was going to throw up. I’m not sure if this location was going through something or just felt it was okay to sell old food to people who’s paying their hard earn money for a nice meal, bt they definitely need an inspection. Because if I didn’t drive such a distance I’d take all of it back! I don’t understand how it’s after 5pm and there is No fresh chicken, no gravy on the mash potatoes, the fries where chewy, now I see why the food was handed to me in literally a minute None of the food was as hot as the other locations make it, which makes sense because NONE OF IT WAS FRESH! None of it, I’ve never had that before where the whole meal was old to the point of anger because who does ish like that. The only acceptable tasting items where the apple pies. I had a horrible experience 1st off I pulled up to the speaker nobody said anything proceeded to the window with no one attending wide opened not even closed to the manager is in the front serving customers come over to use the register looks at me says nothing not even one moment please still sitting waiting about 3 minute employees come over asked to take my order ask if any specials proceeds to tell me using profanity has only 3 employees working so I'm waiting for over 20 minutes ask for my receipt wasn't even given a total says the printer not working my chicken is Semi warm my fries are cold just spent $14 for nothing really awful food and even more horrible customer service will be calling corporate tomorrow located 79th street...
