Good look trying to find this place lol!! It is hidden and parking is not the easiest things even but is doable. Location is not the best and leaves a lot to be desired but hey for good food I would go anywhere.

As far as for their staff is what actually two stars away, they do have an attitude and they will take your order with a problem and even ask you for a tip. I believe they don't think you give tip based of the service receive and they truly suck at it. Since it was our first time and their menu is not really clear we did asked some questions and both people at the cashier pretty much rolled their eyes back at us for asking them. Hopefully whoever the owner is can read this review with the right staff in this restaurant you would do so much better.

Ms. Mazie, God bless her sweet little heart. The place is a small cutout that you would not think food is served from, I went in through the back door thinking that it was the front. I didn't wait long for the fresh breakfast to be served, they serve really heavy plates of food! I was trying something different when I ordered the shrimp and grits house special, I had no clue they'd put brown dinner gravy on top of the grits. It was awful man! Just thinking about it makes my tummy turn... I have since ordered the combo without gravy, it's not their fault my tastebuds rejected the mix, it was decent. She is understaffed and overworked, she's loved in her community, she prepares food with love... It's worth a try for breakfast, I've never had...

This is a staple in the neighborhood. Black owned family restaurant . They serve some of the best down home soul food that you can get without the hefty price tag. The food is fresh good and hot when served. The best part to me is that the place is clean I can't stress this part enough. The people are always friendly and service is pretty quick. If u want it even quicker place your order by phone. This place is a hidden jewel. Try their Smothered porkchops, turkey wings ,and sweet potatoe pie You'll thank me later😋😊. I've eaten at this place for more than 5 years now and never have I gotten sick nor have I ever found a hair or bug in my food. This restaurant is clean,affordable and the service is good ....
