Snappers — Restaurant in Florida

I rarely go to Snappers now because I changed my lifestyle and they usually just have fried food. Which is not a problem as before I would eat that. However, this particular Snappers is the worse in customer service and timing! I pulled up to place my order in the drive thru and I can barely hear the lady nor can she hear me. I place my order basically screaming. I pull up and I pay quickly but I waited for my food for so long. I arrived at 12:25 and got my food at 12:45. For side orders mind you. I was about to ask for my money back but I wouldn't dare cus you never know what they will do with my money. I had to choose between the return of my money or waiting for the food. I chose the food. They were just talking and talking and walking around the place. I'm like okay so maybe my rice was cooking. Nope! The bag was just sitting there and then they gave it to me. It was already done! The lady was wiping the water off from my bag. The veggies were placed wrongly in the bag so it tumbled over. This is ridiculous. Plus their customer service is just horrible. Not worth it at all. I will never go here again. I will never purchase from a Snappers again. Same every time you go. I would say with the exception of a lady from the one across from McDonalds on 79th st NW 7th ave. Individuals who could care less and is just worried about their baby daddies and weave. Trust me they talk about anything. I'm sure guys/girls who are used to this and like this type of behavior will give them 5 stars. Pure ratchetness I tell...

I've been to Snappers so many times but at different locations, this location was actually rude and didn't seem to want to help me as a customer. I came into the restaurant to pick up an online order that my sister made...I did all and provided any necessary info that anyone will do when picking up an order. So, I've shown the first female employee an screenshot of the order that my sister sent to me to show as proof...and they didn't know what I was talking about so the first female employee called over the second female employee to confirm the order. And so the second female now looks at the order and then in a bit of a yelled and said "oh, that's a screenshot...we can't help him", and gave me a bit of a nasty look. I told my sister that she would have to call the restaurant and confirm with them over the phone...so as she is calling multiple times...I hear the phone ringing and no one is bordering to pick it up. So my sister finally comes to the restaurant to ask what is going on with the order...just for that second female employee to said "oh it's probably been canceled", and I was thinking to myself like...you could have told me that instead of making me stand here for almost 35mins and not saying anything else to me that...

My friend and her son were on our way to a second church service after leaving our church and we were hungry so it was suggested that we pick up something from Snappers since it was right on our way. I was treated to a Catfish dinner with French fries and Cole slaw and it was delicious. I didn't get to eat it all bcuz we were sitting in the parking lot of the Church we were visiting, I ate more after I got back home and relaxed a bit. Id never eaten from a Snapper's before but I was pleasantly surprised and I will eat from there again maybe try something different. We went thru the drive-thru and it was quick, no long lines at that time and we didn't have to wait long before we received our order. It's different and well...
