Cinnabon — Restaurant in Florida

Poor customer service! They were supposed to close at 6pm on Sunday and I got there with my friends like at 5:50, we asked the girl for some rolls and she said “we are closed”, we asked her but you close at 6 right? And she said “we closed earlier today”.. then we asked her and even if we pay cash? We just wanted the rolls that were there in the counter and she repeated “we are closed” with an attitude. We bought in Auntie Anne’s and came back and saw her throwing everything in the garbage. And we were not the only ones watching that, very disappointed. Never coming back...

She refused to sell me 4 cinnabons that were freshly baked she stated that the old boxed ones from the previous day must be bought before she sells me fresh ones .she then said she will have to increase the price to $5 each if I want those. yesterday only one young lady working, and she was fantastic! She worked hard. Fast and efficient, she was very busy and had a line. But she kept herself organized and professional handling customers. You truly couldn’t have a better employee!!! With that being said Cinnabon should be ashamed! 2 people should be working.
