WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Came here on Saturday with my family and ordered 3 drinks and waited OVER 45 minutes for it! Our number was number 11 and as we stood there to the side waiting for it to be called number 12 was called, then number 13. I walked up to the window and asked how much longer for number 11 (it had been 20 minutes at this point) and the girl behind the counter with the slicked back curly pony tail annoyingly responded āa few more minutes thereās only 2 of us back hereā meanwhile thereās 3 additional employees behind the counter. I continued to wait and number 14ā¦. Then 15 is called (at this point itās been 30 minutes) to which someone in my party again walked up to the counter and said when is number 11 going to be called and the same girl annoyingly responded āa few more minutes, thereās only 2 of us back hereā we then waited ANOTHER 10 minutes to which MORE NUMBERS WERE CALLED! At this point Iām extremely annoyed and feel like Iām purposely being skipped, so I go up to the counter again and ask what is going on and an employee RUDELY responds āa few more minutes weāre short staffedā I explained itās been over 30 minutes at this point and so many orders after us have came and gone and we still donāt have our drinks! The employee doesnāt care and continues to argue with me back and fourth YELLING as if Iām wrong for complaining after 30 minutes where my 3 smoothies were? She then yells at me āwell whatās youāre numberā. After OVER 40 minutes the girls THEN DECIDES TO START TO MAKE MY SMOOTHIE!!! Eventually they hand my husband two smoothies and he asks where the third one is, the employee then rolls her eyes and ask which smoothie it is .. she rolls her eyes again realizing they made the wrong smoothie.. my husband took it anyways and it was the nastiest thing ever. Worst customer service here. Would never recommend and will never be returning. I really hope management reevaluates...

The first time I had asked for a different drink as mine did not taste at all like what I had ordered. I asked for a refund for the first drink as they apparently charge for second drinks there and was told (not politely) they did not do refunds. I decided I did not want to pay over $10 for one drink and left. I contacted the manager the same day who offered me a free drink. I went back a couple days later to get the free drink, which was offered through a text message. When I arrived and tried to receive my drink, a girl behind the counter grabbed my phone without asking, scrolled through my text messages, smirked at what she read, and said to me "Oh so you're that girl." Her tone was very rude and condescending, as if I had done something wrong. After I confronted her about her comment, she did not apologize, but instead made an excuse that sometimes she just "sounds aggressive," which was obviously a cover-up for being called out. In general, many of the girls working here need a lesson in customer service.
I have worked in the service industry for seven years and have never treated a customer like this, and I have dealt with some real a**holes. I think it would be obvious the type of manners you should have at an establishment like this, but obviously some of the workers there are not capable of being polite. Very sad to see as someone who works in this business and as a previous customer who will not be returning ever again.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām never coming back here EVER again. I asked for an UNSWEET tea. I typically get a jasmine green tea that is already unsweetened. I canāt have a lot of sugar (like their syrup-based drinks typically have) because I have IBS and it will give me a stomach ache for hours.
This time I wanted a rose tea thinking it was a real rose tea and I asked for UNSWEET. The employee totally failed to inform me that the tea is from syrup and is pre-sweetened. Iāve been to MANY places that inform me if things are pre-sweetened when I asked for UNSWEET.
I asked for an exchange because I literally cannot drink it bc of IBS and said they canāt change my tea or give me a refund I paid them $8 and walked out with nothing. They told me I had to call the manager, I did 4 times and no answer. This is ridiculous Iāve never experienced this type of customer service over an $8 tea. Now I have to not only keep contacting the manager but I was told to contact the people who OWN THE MALL. Yes let me waste hours of my time now going back and forth with bureaucracy over an $8 tea where the EMPLOYEE was wrong.
I use to come here at least once a month and typically a bunch of us would come but now I am definitely not going to and they lost my business plus all of my friends and family that would come with me.
