Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Florida

I placed an online order through cold stone Saturday night, when my niece went to pick it up she called me and asked if I ordered 5 or 6, I told her I ordered 6 but there was only 5 in the bag. I told her to give the manager the phone, the gentleman that I spoke with said he was the owner and that they didn’t have all the ingredients to make my 6th ice cream so when I asked why someone didn’t call and tell me to ask me if I wanted something else or not he said well they probably write it down somewhere to give me a refund!!! They ended up making my ice cream bc he got the things the ingredients, when she got home my order was even more messed up. My husband ordered the mint mint chocolate chocolate chip in a gotta have it size, they gave him the lucky charms creation in the like it size. My son asked for butterfingers in his he got reese cups and my daughter asked for a love it size and she go the like it size instead. When I drive up to the store to get my order corrected for the 2nd time the gentleman in charge who originally said he was the owner was now actually the shift leader. I asked him how my order got so messed up he said it probably just got bagged up wrong. Plus the counter where they bag the orders was absolutely gross, it honestly looked like it had not been wiped down all night. This is not the first time they have messed up and online order of mine. Honestly I think there needs to be an actual Manager there to manage the young people that work there on what is I’m sure their busiest night of the week. I will not be ordering from...

I visited this location for the first time today. When I walked.in, a family of 4 were already waiting at the ice cream counter. A young.lady was working near the register on something else. It was until after we stood there for more than 5 minutes, I realized the family who was standing at the ice cream counter when I walked in had not been helped yet. Another couple walked in and stood behind us. Fortunately, shortly after that, a young man came out of the back and advised the young lady near the registers not to worry about what she was doing right now because the line was backing up. She promptly switched gears and helped the family of 4 in front of us. Thank goodness!

Now it's my turn, I asked for the "Everybody's" (triple pint) to go of sweet cream with all mixins to be dark chocolate shavings. I did get the sweet cream with dark chocolate shavings, but didn't mix in all of my dark chocolate shavings. She mixed in some and then added the rest of my mixins on top at the end. That I do not like. Just mix it all in please. I'll be more careful about watching when I return to ensure that doesn't happen again.

Overall, I think this is a nice location with additional sweets and treats available that aren't available at other locations. Definitely stop by and show some love to this location. Just.be prepared to wait and make sure you watch and get...

Normally, this cold stone is a lot better managed. But tonight I went and left after waiting about 25 minutes and there still being quite a few people in front of me. I'm not sure why they take so many to go orders when you have a room full of people(3 ppl making to gos and only one serving customers??). Not to mention the poor attitudes of the workers there today. Customer service goes a long way. I completely understand being short staffed & just crazy busy times but nobody made eye contact or said oh sorry about the wait, we're just really busy tonight. Nothing. In addition to the crazy wait times, what solidified me walking out was the condition that the store was in. It looked completely disgusting in there and that is saying a lot since you only serve ice cream. Waffle mix all over the counters, the miserable girl making to go orders literally throwing pecans on ice cream and all over the counters. Very strange...
