I’m not someone to come on a review an complain but I just had to explain this experience. Firstly lady in the front rings up a little burger when I never said little, but to make me feel like it’s my fault an see it all over her face an body language that I made the mistake. Whatever just give me my food so I can eat.
Waited 15 mins to be handed a little to go bag with fries dumped all over my burger in foil when I was never asked did I want it go but here you go deal with it an never got my milkshake so waited 5 mins for that. Which was half whipped cream half shake, burger was nowhere near what I’ve had many times in the past.

Read moreMarch 2, 2016: Entered the store and figured the meal would be ready in no time. #27 was next and I was #30. Wrong! All of those working had no idea what they should be doing. # 29 a lady with back problem so serious she had an external back brace on and could not sit down had to wait in agony. After 29 was served I stepped up to watch and wait for my order, dog and a burger. I watched the girl preparing the two begin and start over three times until she got it right. Then the gal on fries got the cold fries in the bag and handed it to me. She insincerely apologized for the long wait. I responded that it should be cold by now and it was. It will be a cold day in hell before we return! One star is far too...
Read moreFirst, it's Five Guys... If you've never tried Five Guy's Burgers and Fries and milkshakes you don't know what you're missing. No frozen burger patties or fries here. They have fresh, skin on fries (perfect, like the old great steak escape fries, natural cut) cut from real live potatoes. They have big fat juicy burgers (exactly how you like them dressed, and they even offer lettuce wrapped burgers for those looking for gluten free or low cab options!) And their milkshakes... Well, I've always been distracted from life by how delicious their burgers and fries are, but their Ghirardelli chocolate milkshake made me forget about the burgers for a minute... In fact I think I forgot my own name, it was SO GOOD!! I always enjoy the cleanliness and friendly service at this Five Guys location, too. What are you waiting for?? Go,...
