4/22/2025 - UPDATE Another home run by Outback. Went there after several appointments. Had Chelsea again and if you want someone who makes you feel special, she is the person. Chelsea takes the time to make your meal an event, not just another meal. Thank you, Chelsea! Plus, she tended to all of our needs from working in a different section of the restaurant. As for the food, let's say the Blooming Shrimp were fantastic. Salads were freshly made. Our steaks were grilled perfectly. Dessert was a nice ending. You can't go wrong dining at this restaurant. We have been to other locations in the past, but this location has the best crew and cuisine. I hope you enjoy your visit when you go there.
5/29/2021 - Came here for dinner. Had a time on the wait list but happily didn't have to wait plus got our favorite table. Our wait staff, Haley...5 stars... She was fantastic. You will well cared for. Even heard another table say they thought she was the best waitress ever had. The menu has changed slightly. But the quality and preparation of all was wonderful. One item missing, the blossom petals. Had the blossom. I had a Caesar salad and hubby had tossed with 1000 island dressing. Each of us ha ribeye steaks. Melt in your mouth along with fries, baked potato, side of mushrooms. Lera not forget their bread..yum.. Saved room for a dessert, caramel chocolate chip cookie with ice cream. Small but packed with flavor and just enough for two people. Happy Outback survived the pandemic. Thrilled we had such a lovely dinner and again, ask for Haley. She is great. Can't wait to go back.

Read moreYesterday we had a group of 13 having dinner I called at 4 to confirm that the restaurant could accommodate us at one table @5:30 pm, I was quickly told absolutely and so we took the 30 minute drive to the restaurant. Our party began to arrive at 4:45 checked in and at that time the manager told my son our party would have to spit up. When I arrived at 5:25 I told the manager that splitting ourparty up would be unacceptable as it’s Mother’s Day and would not sit separate from my son and mother, that would make no sense as we had called and were told they could accommodate us, she unapologetically said “The girl who took your call forgot to tell us! “ she then proceeded to show us the 4 tables we could have, I asked her if she could just combine 3 of the tables as our party was now only 12. Renee (the manager) was quite rude with facial expressions and big arm motions and kept saying no that won’t work! Finally she put the tables together and all we needed was for her to put one more chair and it would have worked great but she said it would be in the walkway which was absolutely not true! Basically the restaurant does not have the ability to accommodate 13 people and I never should’ve been told that they could! I really think she made a big deal out of a situation that we could have easily solved and in turn I was very embarrassed to have to tell 12 people after being there an hour that we had to find somewhere else to eat! Very disappointed in the way this was handled and Renee does not have managerial skills and could have cared less that we had to leave. Even rallying other customers to get involved as the waved bye to us and shot me birds! She said the table was to close to a wheelchair when in all reality the way the table were set up originally were much closer to the wheelchair! I just felt like she didn’t want us there and my son said he got rude vibes from her as soon as they arrived! Like how dare we come there with a large party! Completely discounting the fact that I called to confirm they could take us! We didn’t have to go there we went there because they said we could! Read moreEdit: so after their blunder Shaun there made everything right. They sent me out dinner for me and my family and invited us back. We had a great time and great meals. It sucks this had to happen, but they did a great job in their response and actions. Very happy with how they handled everything. We will be back.
I don’t know what’s happened here, but takeout has suffered drastically. The last two times I chalked it up to being busy. They must be short staffed and completely mismanaged. Every time we order takeout from here it’s never ready at the said time. They also have too many people using take out slots so you have to wait forever or park in the middle of the road to get it. Last night was the last straw. I know it was Valentine’s Day but we placed our order online at 530. Was told it would be ready by 612pm. We thought that was a bit aggressive, but that’s what they said. Showed up at 620. No food. They hadn’t even started working on our order. They kept saying oh the kitchen is backed up. More and more people start showing up for takeout. At 630 they told me 5 more mins. At 7 they said you’re 5th in line. Meaning for an hour and a half from my order my food was NEVER worked on. I’m standing outside trying to entertain my toddler. The manager never once apologized, until I asked for my refund. Instead of telling customers that were walking up you’re food isn’t being worked on, they took their payment and made them wait for over an hour. They could have at least informed them of the situation and offered them a refund at the time of their arrival. Best part is for wasting 2 hours of my night with no food to show for my family they offer me a measly...
