Wow the reviews made this place seem decent but holy what a dump. Food came out fresh from a lukewarm hot plate and the moro rice was dry and tasteless. The diet coke I ordered in order for me to be able to swallow their food would've been delicious in July of 2018. The real kicker was the olive juice ice cube as my salad topping. I linked the picture on their google photos but I dont know if they can choose what stays up or not so who knows if anyone else will see it.

I've had my fair share of mediocre to bad cafe food but the reason I called was when I found the ice cube on my salad. It ruined the entire thing for me beyond the fact that it was bad. I could at least deal with the other stuff. I wanted to see if there was a way I could get a refund since it was inedible for reasons other than its flavor. 9/9/2022 - The food, especially oxtails were VERY expensive. There was very little meat and they used cooked potato and carrot chucks to try to make the meat look like more. The bread that came with it was ridiculous. They served three small slices of bread that you could see through. There was a lot of rice which is the least expensive item for them to cook. The yellow rice had yellow food coloring in it. The rice was varying shades of yellow and some of the rice was orange. No saffron or seasoning so it was tasteless. The pork roast was a skimpy portion as well and it was very dry. We will not order from Conga again. VERY...

Nothing at all, the service is very poor, if you phone in an order it's never made the way you order it, the cashier that takes the order doesn't understand English well, I've made orders before where my breakfast was made 3 times because she did not understand me, so she put the order in how she wanted each time. Then she charges you a completely different price then what it states. I would never recommend anyone to go to this place if it was the last place...
