Crabbys Port Salerno — Restaurant in Florida

This meal was a disappointment from start to end. I ordered a soda which tasted like chemicals. Why would they serve something so bad. Dad had the conch chowder which didn't have any taste or conch in it. The fish and chips was a very good choice .The fish was cooked perfectly. Some of the fries were hot and fresh and some must have been in the well all day and hard as a rock. I ordered the Blackened Snapper sandwich. When the server brought it to me, I knew it wasn't going to be good. The fish was probably 4 ounces. I don't what they put on it but blackened it wasn't. I didn't even have to taste it as I could see it was dry, had no taste and wasn't hot. The server asked me if I wanted a box to take it home. I said no thank you and that the meal was horrible. I was a Director for a restaurant group and if a guest made that kind of comment and the server didn't apologize or let the manager know there was an issue, your business will start to decline and your guests will find other places. The server who definitely isn't new shouldn't have served that meal as she knew it wasn't good. Unfortunately it's about the gratuity not the guest. I took my family to dinner on Saturday evening, we ordered dungarees crab and snow crabs meals. I’m from Boston, seafood lover, and I travel all around the USA and globally as a detective.

Eating dinner out frequently on the road, with my colleagues, my dinner was terrible the crabs were overcooked and extremely dry. I spoke to the waitress and stated my opinion, she said that the original cook was on vacation and they have a temporary cook today.

Was it just bad timing, or that the crabs were old and dry from the day before and just needed to sell the food so they couldn’t take a loss? Disappointed all around, glad to see my daughter and...

We are foodies and finally found a great place to eat. I felt bad bc some lady was hassleling the servers and asked if it was normal crab legs bend and sisnt when know how to use the tools provided. She even bragged she had been to Alaska, and they don't do that...welllllll yea, so we travel to Alaska, and ummm... they do that. The white underbelly of a leg can be soft. She had Dungeness legs... Should I say more.

This place is amazing... They do only serve wine and beer, which I hate ..but I had a Corona with lime and salt and made do. Highly recommend and wish qe chose a night...
