For those of you looking to support local family places, do NOT go to this establishment! We have an annual celebration of life for my brother, who passed away in 2017. This year was a little different because my daughter started working at Culver's. We didn't think about schedule conflicts with her work ahead of time, so we decided to go to Culver's this year so she could be present. She informed management and requested to take her break when we arrived, but instead, they gave her an early break. So she asked if she could come back to our table and talk when they weren't busy and they accommodated and she went back and forth ensuring she wasnt leaving her team members hanging. She even assisted our table with refills and additional sauces, etc. Well, apparently, it was all a show because they turned around and fired her for it. I don't like 2 faced people, let alone establishments. I figure there are probably others who feel the same way, so I wanted to share my experience to bring awareness.
I'm not one for not working while on the clock, but when there's an exception to be made.... I could have had her call and say she can't work due to a family emergency, but instead, I told her to go and we would bring the family to her.
And a year later the saga continues... my daughter is now calling to advise that she never received her W2, but now she's getting ignored. If you all don't send her the W2 by 1/31 you're in violation of federal law. She's trying to give you all the benefit of the doubt and call and ask about getting it. If someone doesn't call her back with the info required, we're...
Read moreI'm fairly new to eating Culver's. Every time that I have been to any location the employees consistently provide good customer service. I hadn't been in a very long time because I do not eat beef much and the last time that I tried their chicken sandwich years ago I did not like it. But recently I was informed that they sale shrimp. I gave these a try and had been pleased with them. They are cripsy and tasty, usually. Unfortunately this time that I ordered they tasted different. They were still crispy as expected but did not taste fresh. They were even a darker color than what I've had before consistently. I placed my order in the drive thru and based upon previous good experiences I made sure that my items and sauce were in the bag and drove off to my next destination. I regret not actually opening my box to check my food until I had gotten to where I was going. From here on out if I do return, I will do so. Our other order was a pork loin sandwich, no complaints there. Lastly, I'm not sure when they started serving lemon ice because my last visit to this location was many months ago. But I saw it advertised on the yard sign as I pulled into the drive thru. I asked some questions about it and upgraded my drink to lemon ice. It was so good!!! So very good. I ordered the small with my meal and although the staff advised it was a 12 oz cup it seemed more like 6 or 8 oz and it wasn't enough for me to enjoy throughout my entire meal. Even if I do not order food I will certainly return to Culver's to get a lemon ice with another flavor next time so that I can try the...
Read moreWow! Years of eating here with a ton of great experiences and a manager immediate stepped in to get into a heated debate in the drive through over sauce. Ordered three entrees and was asked if I wanted sauce though the last on the speaker, I asked for ranch and BBQ and then was charged for it. When I got to the window I asked if that's new to charge for the sauce, and was told yes. I kindly asked to remove them and the manager came over and proceeded to harass me over a new policy on sauces. No empathy, no concern, and just started spouting off corporate policy and procedure. I asked for the GM and then she said rudely, "that's me!". Wow! Just, wow! I asked her to refund my entire order over seventy cents, and her response was, "gladly.". I don't know if she was having a bad day, or what the issue was, but I strongly feel she just wanted to get into an argument. I felt so bad for the lady working the window. She was so sweet and caught between a rock and a hard place. But the GM obviously doesn't want clientele! It's sad, been frequenting this location since they opened and I'll be hard pressed to return. The GM is very inviting and unwelcoming. To start an argument over seventy cents when I was willing to forgo the sauces was just asinine!
Responding to the local response, I have reached out to Contact Culver's and was sent right back to the Trinity location, and cannot get a response from corporate. It's very apparent customer service is sliding with Culver's, especially at the...
