I was a customer of the Palm Harbor location for years. Due to that location's renovation and temporary closure, I started ordering via Uber Eats from the Trinity location approximately 2 to 4 times per month. Nearly every order from Trinity had missing items, with two recurring issues:
First, when ordering The Chick sandwich meal or a Chicken Salad Melt meal with an additional scoop as the included side, along with a separate Quick Chick, nearly 50% of the time my included side was missing. Only the sandwich and the separate Quick Chick would arrive. This issue makes no sense since I paid for a meal that explicitly includes the side, and separately paid for an additional Quick Chick, intended for someone else who prefers the larger portion with crackers. Despite multiple calls, no explanation was provided, and the issue continued repeatedly, most recently on Friday, 7/25/2025.
The second consistent problem was the failure to include crackers with orders, including those with Quick Chicks. Again, no explanation was provided during calls, despite the issue happening repeatedly, nearly half the time. Importantly, Quick Chick orders always come with crackers, according to an employee there one of the times that I called. Every order I placed included one or two meals with scoop sides and always had a separate Quick Chick ordered as well. Given this, there should never have been an instance where crackers weren't provided, even according to their apparent stated policy of not providing crackers with meal-only orders, something an employee told me on the phone as well. In contrast, the Palm Harbor location consistently provided crackers with every order, including meals with a scoop as the side.
This location urgently needs better quality control and process improvements to ensure order accuracy and consistency. These ongoing mistakes are unacceptable, especially given the high quality of the food. Careless but consistent mistakes should be quickly resolved. This definitely appears to be a management problem, I don't blame the employees, there's obviously a lack of training or addressing of these things. This isn't rocket science and a capable manager should be able to solve this in a single day, using a single check sheet that would take employees 10 seconds or less to review for every order going out. It's also potentially a POS problem, but regardless it's such a simple thing it needs to be fixed ASAP. We're not solving the theory of everything here, were ensuring to include a meal's side item......

My mission was 2-fold: experience the "buzz" around this cool, new-to-me concept AND to schedule a lunch delivery for my local non profit organization (volunteers) From the second I walked through the door, I was impressed. Seasoned restaurant gal & Google reviewer, I notice every detail! CSC was SPOTLESS, floor to ceiling! The lovely woman behind the counter acknowledged me (even though she was 4 deep at the counter serving other customers) by welcoming me; less than 2 minutes later, we were engaged in a chat about CSC. When your employees are THAT excited about working in a food establishment, you are doing everything right. And that statement was 100% true. Food was SO FRESH, from the healthy scoop of gourmet chicken salad to the fresh, brightly colored fruit, this was high end quality grub! The atmosphere reminded me of our old school luncheonettes from the 'burbs in Jersey. Just way upgraded, modern & clean. Lol After lunch, I asked to speak with the manager on duty for a take out order. (20) lunches, packaged individually for obvious reasons, tax exempt. What's the best price? How about FREE. These lovely people donated lunch for our volunteers. Dee & Brittany were accommodating to say the very least. They were exceptional. Period. CSC is a member of the Greater Pasco Chamber of Commerce, which leads one to believe they support their community. They do, going above & beyond to help seniors helping other seniors. Bless you lovely ladies, your continued success is imminent because of your food, the fab atmosphere & most importantly, the Customer experience. Menu can be confusing for first timers. “Chicken BLT on Toast “ - tasty but…bread grilled on one side only of each slice of bread, instead of toasted, creating strange sensation when you bite into it. Bacon was so cold fat had hardened - unpleasant. “Chicken Tortilla Soup” VG. My wife ordered two scoops of Classic Carol, for expediency as also found menu confusing and didn’t want to hold up order taker. Heavy on mayonnaise We’ll probably give it another try with something else.
UPDATE 8/17/23 I was impressed the owner reached out to me and within a few days. Here is a growing family operation whose owners care about their business and their clientele. He was gracious, LISTENED, and explained. We look forward to our next visit. I cannot change the original 3 star. To do so now, without another experience, jeopardizes the integrity of the Review Program- unfair to customers and owners, all who expect and are due a just and accurate description of the reviewer’s experience.
