Wawa — Restaurant in Florida

One of the newest Wawas’ in the surrounding area. This Wawa is fully staff and stocked, which as of lately has not been an attribute of other local Wawa’s. Staff shortage often means that this all in one, 24 hour convenient store is crippled during late night shifts when the food service that involves staffing for online and walk-in food orders, just aren’t there. This usually means they don’t serve from the shakes and drinks stations and food items are very limited within the order screens.

We often find ourselves traveling between 3 different Wawa locations just to be able to order food and shakes.

Further more if your an online service driver expect to find your order Not on the to-go racks they have setup but instead behind the pickup service glass. This is especially poor service considering trying to get an employee attention often leads to being ignored or receiving a less the professional response about the order in question.

Things to consider: Wawa is hands down the best late night / 24 hour location for decent custom made food and beverages. These stores really are an all in shopping location. If your order screen show just a cookie in the beverages category, they are...

They have very bad service, we were putting gas, we went inside to buy coffee when we left someone outside informed us that a car hit us. We went back inside and ask to check the cameras and they said only a police officer could check them. When the police came, they refused to show the cameras because apparently they had to call and authorize somewhere else.

I don’t understand why they did not want to show the cameras, the accident happened in their building + we were using their services.

I am vey disappointed and unhappy because the manager told me only a policeman could watch the videos and they did not let him watch them either..

Now my car needs repairs because of how they hit my car, and no one literally is at fault because we do not know who is...

I went into store yesterday for gas and breakfast. As I was trying to place order there were 4 to 5 Spanish speaking employees on each side of sandwich that were quite loud and in Spanish only. Placed my order, paid for it and one woman was just starting sandwich. There were only 2 ordering sandwichs. She was so slow and still laughing and conversing in Spanish. I decided to go pump my gas and then come back in for my order, I did not want to be late for work. When I went to pick up order she had just completed it. I was almost late for work, these women made me feel very uncomfortable, they were not acting very professional and the sandwich was terrible and I threw it out.
