This seems to be the only location I have this issue with but why is it that they are so inconsiderate and disregarding to customers who order delivery and the drivers who pick it up? Every single time I pick up from this location not only is the order never not once have been ready upon arrive but today I watched them continue to take customers who continuously come in long after I’m standing there waiting and yet they all get their orders made before the one I’m picking up. After 15 minutes of standing there I ask how much longer the one I’m picking up is going to be they get snarky and just say ok…than magically they “start” the order…I watched them make the order and place the drinks on the back counter and started to once again make other customers orders and pushed mine to the side. I waited approximately 25 minutes for two drinks and one cake pop….because they made the two drinks and just left them sit there not packed up and no lids…and that’s all the order was. Seemed to me like they didn’t like me asking about the order and I only had because they were being inconsiderate in the first place like every other time than chose to be vindictive and intentionally make me wait even longer while I have the customer contacting me complaining because of them. The business the customer ordering delivery gives you and pays your paychecks is no different than ones who come through drive thru or walk through the door. This location severely needs to do better. I have no issues at any other location even ones that are seemingly even busier than this one and yet these staff carry the same attitude towards delivery drivers. I know this is a hefty statement but I only chose to finally speak up due to this being a continuous pattern with this...
Read moreI come to this Starbucks at least once a week and sometimes 3-4 times. They are usually great. I order on the mobile app, drive there from home which is 5 minutes away run in grab my drink and go. Today, however it did not go so well. I ordered on the app as usual but when I got there the door was locked and there was a handwritten sign that advised mobile orders had to be picked up in the drive through. I would have just cancelled as there were several cars in line, but there is no way to do that on the app. So I wait in line and a gentleman who I assume was the manager was working the window. I told him they might want to disable mobile ordering if people have to wait in the drive through anyway. He said that he wasn’t allowed to and he had 3 people not show up to work so he locked the door. I told him that I didn’t have an extra 15 minutes to wait and there was no way to cancel the order to which he replied “You’re getting later by the moment”. This made me mad in the moment, but in retrospect is actually hilarious. I would avoid this Starbucks until they sort out their staffing issues. Someone should also let them turn off mobile ordering or at least have it pop up...
Read moreThis Starbucks is one of the worst in Odessa, FL. We ordered two caramel macchiatos and a banana bread. When we arrived to the speaker it took over 3 minutes for someone to take out order. After placing the order, it took an additional 7 minutes to receive our drinks from the barista at the window. When we pulled out the parking lot to make another stop, we tasted our beverages and they tasted like flavored water with caramel drizzle in them. When we drove back to the location after being inconvenienced, we stood there for another 3 to 4 minutes before someone acknowledged that we were standing there. After being asked how we could be helped, Rafael decided to tell me that they were not able to refund me for the horrible tasting drinks, then Hannah another barista comes over and asked what's wrong with the drinks, I politely told her and she stated that she had to get an approval to issue me drink on us cards. I have never heard of this and would like someone to contact me regarding this matter as soon as possible. This was the worst experience ever and all I wanted was for to get my money back not a...
