But the true treasure be their fresh frozen custard, a sweet ending to any voyage, with a smooth, creamy texture and flavors aplenty.

But Culver's be more than just the grub. Their crew be the real treasure. They be as friendly as a parrot on yer shoulder, makin' ye feel welcome and valued. Every exchange, from orderin' yer grub to receivin' it, be filled with smiles and assistance. It be a warm and welcomin' atmosphere, like the hearth of a cozy tavern, but with the added bounty of their signature hamburgers.

Whether ye be in need of a quick bite or a feast for yer whole crew, Culver's be the place to be. I just witness the worst service to a senior citizen tonight. This gentleman has been waiting for his order even before my brother got his order (and my brother came wayyyy after him)... the older gentleman even asked an employee that was passing by to see what was happening to his order. The employee kept on doing other things than go check the man's order!!! The wait was to the point that we went up to the counter for the gentleman to ask what happened to order (he was order number 90). The girl found his ticket still waiting to be served. The girl stated they will bring it right to him. We waited again that it was to the point the older gentleman had to come up (keep in mind he was walking with a cane) and ask for his order. The man was pretty upset and i don't blame him!! By the way, the inside of the restaurant was not too crowded to get one person to check the order for him. This Culver's needs to straighten up!! The one on Hillsborough Avenue is on point on their quick and precise order!!! To add on their very slow service, I had the experience at the drive thru about 3 weeks ago where they forgot to bring me the order that i needed to come in to get my order. I let that slide but for this senior citizen I was...

You know in these times of folks struggling to make ends meet there seems to be a serious decline in the number of families going out to enjoy a nice meal together. This raises the bar for restaurants and this location not only meets that bar but achieves to go above and beyond what is expected to ensure true value for customers and their families.

Recently, when we experienced an issue with our order and encountered what some folks would say was a problem with our visit the entire team attended to our concerns and did not just resolve our concerns but we actually heard from the franchise owner directly to follow up and make sure that we as his customers were 110 percent satisfied.

Sadly, this level of customer service and engagement by owners and upper level management just doesn’t exist anymore in the restaurant industry. This attention to detail and truly compassionate attention to detail and an amazing dining experience is what sets this group apart from many others.
