Snowrolls — Restaurant in Citrus Park

Just had a very negative experience here that calls in question the honesty of the employees. My family and I pulled up a few minutes after 9pm when the website (and front door) advertised being open until 10pm. As soon as we pulled up, the lone employee on staff came to the door and put up the “will return” sign, leaving the door unlocked. Since the door was not locked, we assumed they were just stepping into the back to work on closing the store or use the restroom. However, all we were offered was a curt “we’re closed.” When we asked about the closing time, we were told that they’ve been “closing at nine for the past six months, but sometimes they’ll stay open until ten if they feel like it.” Even if this is true, it seems misleading...

So when you walk into Snowrolls you see a very clean looking establishment. It isn't just cleanly, but the style is very easy on the eyes. You also see some smiling faces and a cheerful welcome, it's a great start.

The staff was happy to help with ordering and walk you through getting something you like. It was also great to watch the ice cream rolls be made, a very neat experience for my kid.

The ice cream was tasty and different, but in a good way. The brownie one was good, but you don't taste the brownie much. The cookie one was great though. I really liked that it wasn't overly sweet. i was looking forward to get some snow rolls after work, where i worked all day and just wanted snow rolls. previously looking up the time when they closed which it showed 10:00. i was happy because i was going to be on time. i show up at 9:35 with a smile on my face ready to order my brownie roll. and these 2 teenage girls working declined my orders where i am a constant customer, convincingly told me they closed at 9:30. where doors were not locked as the sign on the door showed 10:00 closing and open. as well as your open led light sign flashing OPEN. i’m very disappointed and i will not be returning after the disrespect i have received on this great night that...
