About 7:30 pm entered the pandora store with another young woman and a child. There was a young lady at the front counter who watched me walk in but never acknowledged me. I patiently waited to be service. Another lady with an olive green muscle shirt walked in AFTER me. The attendant at the counter ( not sure of her name but she has black hair that was pulled up in a ballerina bun and had on several pandora or Alex and Ani bracelets, she didn’t have on a name tag) proceeds to check out the customer she is servicing at the check out counter, the whole while not acknowledging me. The sales clerk then proceeds to tell another associate to assist the couple who had been waiting and then the lady with the green shirt which as I stated walked in after us. Even when the customer at the register she was servicing mentioned to her that WE had arrived first (after we already told her) she still proceeded to tell her associate to assist the lady with the green shirt before us, while still not even being acknowledged. I have been a customer of pandora for at least six years and I was dumbfounded about the poor service I received at this store. I ended up leaving without making a purchase. As a patron, I expected better service. Even when I walked in for a second time to get a card to write an email about the service, the associate as mentioned before (black hair and bracelets) NEVER acknowledged me. Read moreSo I’m writing this review based upon my last experience here, but this location has consistently shown poor customer service. I recently went to pick up an order that I placed online. When I arrived to the store both associates were helping other customers so I went straight to the register, I figured they would likely figure I had a pick up order. After standing at the register for at least 10 mins no one had greeted me or asked how could they help, it was as if I wasn’t even there. At the minimum any customer should be greeted when walking into an establishment. Around 15 minutes one of associates finally acknowledged me, but stated she had to help someone else first. This person had to pick out their items and pay for them, so I had to wait through that as well. At this point I had probably been in there store 25 mins before I was assisted. The other associate had spent that entire time allowing customers to try on rings and chatting with them like their wasn’t other customers in the store that needed help. This was an entire joke. I genuinely hope that this location actually works with their associates and not only respond to these poor reviews “apologizing for our experience”. This location has killed the entire Pandora “experience” for me. I've wanted a Pandora Bracelet for a while but was always intimidated because there are just sooo many different options of Bracelets along with the different charms. I knew I'd be the person who was like, I want this and that and that and that... did I mention that one as well??? I looked online, but I never decided on one. My 6 yr old son would call Pandora "The King O Store" every time we'd walk the Mall because of the crown on top of the O. He'd always wanted to see the sparkly bracelets on display. My son passed January 19th 2020. It's coming up on his 1 year Angelversary & I felt I needed to get something in his memory. On a whim I hopped in the car and went to "The King O Store". I walked in and was immediately greeted. A staff member by the name of Jolie came right up and proceeded to help me pick out the perfect Bracelet & some charms. I am extremely grateful for the help Jolie provided, she probably didnt notice because I'd tried very hard to keep my composure, but I had an extremely emotional time picking out the charms that would represent my son.
