I rated the food and atmosphere 5 stars. However, the service is the reason for this review being low. I honestly don’t really ever take the time to write a bad review but if I was the owner of this restaurant I would want to know. I really don’t want this review to deter anyone from eating here because honestly the food is REALLY good and the atmosphere is awesome.

Today my wife and I were on our way to north Italia and we passed by CVI.CHE and decided to switch it up and eat there instead.

We started by ordering drinks. When the waiter brought me a can of Pepsi, I asked him if they had any fountain drinks instead. I honestly just prefer the diluted tasted of fountain drinks over canned. Simple as that. When I asked him, he condescendingly told me that they don’t have fountain drinks there. When I asked him what other drink options they had, he responded “we have Pepsi and Inca cola.. that’s it.. we don’t have fountain drinks here”. It felt like a petty response considering he felt the need to remind me once again that the restaurant did not have fountain drinks. I really was turned off by his response because it really ticks me off when a waiter seems like they’re on a high horse to judge the person ordering by what they ask for. I noticed different types of drinks come out of the kitchen during my time there and it was so upsetting that he didn’t even take the time to simply tell me what other options of drinks the restaurant had but instead tells me that it’s Pepsi, or Inca cola and that’s it.

Anyway, this may not seem like a big deal but it really put a negative note on my lunch today. More than anything I just didn’t like it that he seemed to remind me that the restaurant does not offer fountain drinks in a derrogatory way.

Other than that, our food was great!
