ROTTEN FOOD and APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Full disclosure, I have previously loved the food at Ifra's Indian Kitchen. However, I will NEVER go back after the last experience. I lived abroad for ten years and am very familiar with Indian cuisine. In fact, I love it. I took my best friend to dinner at Ifra's Indian Kitchen to share this love with her and we ordered lots of dishes to share. For the most part, we enjoyed the food. However, when it came to dessert, the Rasmalai (a sweet milky dessert) was totally SOUR. Not in a curdled buttermilk way, but in an actually ROTTEN, SICKENING way. I love Rasmalai and I always order it at every Indian restaurant, so I can definitely tell when it's fresh. This Rasmalai was undoubtedly SPOILED. I politely informed the waiter and requested to send it back. The waiter was extremely RUDE and refused to take it back. He then returned with the bill, charging me full price for the rotten Rasmalai. I politely insisted that I would not pay for this spoiled dessert that I did not eat. The waiter then became AGGRESSIVE and said that the Owner was watching them and that no changes could be made to the bill. So I asked to speak to the Manager. The waiter left and then returned with some of the Rasmalai. VERY AGGRESSIVELY, he ate ONE bite of it in front of us and insisted that it was fresh, and again refused to remove the item from the bill. He then proceeded to stand right next to me and AGGRESSIVELY urged me to pay the bill. My friend and I felt extremely UNCOMFORTABLE, so we paid the full bill, including the $6 for the Rasmalai. I've never experienced such DISTURBING and OFFENSIVE customer service. Ifra's Indian Kitchen clearly doesn't care about customer service, nor about serving ROTTEN food and SICKENING their customers. I will NEVER return to this restaurant. I guess $6 is worth more to IFRA than loyal customers who would bring their friends and family to eat there....
Read moreThis was unfortunate as I really wanted this restaurant to be great. When we were seated there was only one other group there in the restaurant. We ordered shortly after drinks and food, another group enters about 20 minutes later. After about 30 minutes after being seated the worker tells us that the kitchen had forgot our order… ok… 15 minutes go by and the group behind us gets their food. That’s fine and all but the waiter hasn’t even given us our drinks and it’s been 45 minutes and has given the other group who entered 20 minutes later than us has gotten everything. One of the other workers in the restaurant proceeds to turn on a tv right next to us and crank up the volume for some reason. Just another added inconvenience, I can’t even hear my own voice. An hour goes by and we finally get our food, it was decent. I would definitely be more understanding in circumstances like these but there were 6 total people in this restaurant at the time… if there isn’t the slightest bit of hospitality then I can only imagine what would occur if it was packed. The entire situation was sort of beyond ridiculous it was funny. The waiter then has the audacity to ask me to leave a review before we left knowing full well what had happened and not even offering to comp a drink at the very least. Inhospitable and frankly slightly...

Now, let's talk about the food. The lunch specials at Spice Symphony are a feast for the senses. I tried their classic Chicken Tikka Masala, which was cooked to perfection with just the right balance of spices and creaminess. The naan bread was soft and fluffy, perfect for soaking up the delicious sauce.
What sets Ifra apart is the generous portions and affordability of their lunch specials, making it an ideal spot for a satisfying midday meal. Whether you're a fan of spicy curries or prefer milder options, the menu has something for everyone.
