Not so sure why the negative reviews. I've been coming here for the past 4 years and the staff at Earl's has been not only consistent with their amazing customer service, but also their tasty food and ice cold beer assortment.
This time around, we had Tyler as our server. He was very knowledgeable and attentive. He did not skip a beat even though we were chatting away with Evan, the restaurant manager. Evan, was beyond amazing. We were talking about the food, more so regarding vegan options at restaurants and their rotating beer selection. He is very passionate about his job at Earl's and shows a lot of pride. He was very hospitable and simply engaging.

Read moreEarls Kitchen + Bar is not at all what I expected. The reason for our family visit was to celebrate 2 birthdays for 2 adult children. This was supposed to be a fun celebration for our family of 7. An easy bill of over $1,200. It was the birthday from hell instead. My daughter turning 21 & boyfriend turning 25 — yes they share the same birthday day. Making this event more special where so MAD $ DISGUSTED. Earles Kitchen + Bar is beautiful inside and out. Our host seated a party of 7 directly in patio outside under the sun (in Miami, Florida). The service waitress went out of her way to make our visit great but it was impossible. The only issue is the host who was defiantly not helping in moving us inside with AC & no sun. After 5 rounds of requesting water with ice & our body temperature through the roof & sweating. To cut this part short we were all sweating and after continuing to request inside for 15 minutes we were transferred to a table for 7 inside. Not a good start.
Then the drinks ordered from Bar at Earls Kitchen + Bar were awful. 2 hours to still not get a Mojito done 1/2 right. Manager came to table and was dismissive and uncaring about our issues. Waitress continues to try to be very helpful but the team (Bar+Host+Manager) were NO help to her or us. To say the least our Birthday celebration became a nightmare for entire family but specifically for Birthday Couple. This isn’t our 1st time here. It’s been good to horrible. Never going back. To say the least the total bill was under $600 for 7 people because we weren’t drinking due to the Bar horrible bar tenders. The food was not acceptable… cold cold. What else could go wrong?? The check took 1 hour to get! How uncomfortable, waste of time and money, lousy food, drinks, time wasted, dirty dining. To top it all off the bathrooms gross. Walls, floors dirty and floors sticky. No toilet paper. How embarrassing to bring my family here! I could never get back my daughters & boyfriend’s birthday experience back. So disappointed is an understatement for us. Never returning to EARLS KITCHEN + BAR. Lousy, dirty dining, horrible bar drinks, horrible management,...
