Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

I want to start off by saying Domino's is by far my favorite chain pizza. I'm from Detroit, MI and Domino's is all we would order growing up. I was excited when this location opened up because it meant we had a local store that would deliver. For a while this Domino's was awesome. Pizza's were always delivered right, rarely a mistake, delivery quick, we were happy.

Over the past 3-4 months something changed. We always order 3 different pizzas and every time without fail one (or more) pizzas would have either items we requested to omit, and/or items we requested to add would be missing. It actually became a joke in the house over whose pizza would be wrong. I've had to take pictures with my cell phone and send to a manager proving my pizza was not only wrong but wrong for someone with an allergy to an item. The manager was nice enough but it's still a pain to have to go through.

I understand the workers at Domino's are human beings and mistakes happen. However, this is every. single. time. Doesn't matter if we order on a slow Tuesday or a busy Friday night. Our order is messed up. It's disappointing because when the pizza is right, it's amazing! Our final chance was given on Wednesday where my pizza came missing two items I paid extra for (if I calculated how many items I've paid for and haven't gotten, I'm sure I'm owed around $80) and that was the last straw. I thought to call and let them know they messed up (again) but I figured I'd do one better, and go to a different location...

I used to order from this Dominos often but I have stopped since my last visit a few weeks ago. The pizzas I received barely had any cheese on them, so when I addressed the issue with the cook, he gave me a nasty attitude and told me that the pizzas were ok and the cheese had melted and it looked like that because of the dough he used, which it was completely false. I asked him to please fix the pizzas and he just sprinkled a little cheese on top and put them back in the oven. While I waited, more orders kept coming in and the guy got more frustrated, to the point that he started cussing out loud, screaming mother fying this, mother fying that. It was so awkward that I tried to talk to him so he would calm down but that didn’t work. By the time the pizzas came out of the oven, they looked hideous, still didn’t have enough cheese and they were burned. But the cook was so angry that the last thing I wanted to do was to tell him I wasn’t going to take the pizzas. My son and I ended up throwing them away and ordered food from another store. For me to leave a negative review takes a lot, I never do. But that situation was...

Ordered 2 stuffed crust pizza because I wanted to try them for the first time. Ordered online went in to pick up brought the pizza home both pizza had barely any cheese on them. I called up there saying I was going to bring the pizzas back and asked if they could make me more and they said no. I would have to bring the pizzas back and then wait for them to finish “all the other orders they had on the board”. Manager John was a complete jerk. He told me that it was cheese and as I scraped away at the burned bread the pepperonis wouldn’t even stick to because there was no cheese in those areas he insisted there was cheese there.. I asked for a refund at this point and went to the dominoes a littler further from my house and got the pizza made correctly.
