If I had to give this place stars it would ZERO on front desk staff alone! From the welcome to the facility is questionable to say the least. In my line of work I understand they have to tell certain information but this was just the worst. The front desk staff did not arrive until 9:50am. Mind you they open at 10. She came whipping around the corner and almost backed into my car. Got out went inside. I left my vehicle with my Ill 4 year old walk to the door to be locked out still. She watched me stand there walking back n forth.. you would think if my child’s appt begins at 10 and, I arrive early like most should, prepared and, with an appt the welcome would have at least been different. Finally it took for me to pull the door At 10am for her to get up and even come open it. I said good morning although already annoyed by the prior info above. She asked if I had an appt I responded yes. Verified PPI for my child and again thought this would be smooth. She wanted to go back n forth with me about my sons co pay and what was due (co insurance) I explained politely that he has nothing due or co insurance as he has met both his deductible and out of pocket. She states let me check clicks on the computer, then looks up again and says I’m showing that he still has deductible so I subsequently pulled up his insurance again on my phone showed her that he has no out-of-pocket or deductible due. She then proceeded to say well because of CIGNA, which is my son’s insurance I still have to put a Card on file I said OK no problem. I handed her my card for her to give it back in claim “ It’s been declined”. I proceeded to say well, that would be because You should not be trying to run anything on the card you claim you’re just putting On file. She states” Yes, but they still have to valid it”. A card on file does not mean you all need to validated Needs to be able Balance due any event that insurance does not pay their balance. So she proceeded to say, do you have another card? I gave her another card which had A high available balance, just like the first card I gave her. “ She Proceeded to say that declined to”. By this point, I just need to get my son seen so I’m really And rolling my eyes for sure rolling my eyes… I took my car back and stated then it’s clearly on your end not mine because both of those cars work and Have no problems. She said oh I’ll notate his file. You know what I’ll check him in. For me, it’s not that serious. I know my child bill will be paid. I know the insurance will cover the full amount as he is now at a place where they cover his Care and Service At 100%. However, this is not the time I’m gonna stand here and argue or go back-and-forth with you. My child does not feel well and as much as he’s running around in here, he needs to be seen by A provider. And then wait another almost 20 minutes before I go back for what was supposed to remind you at 10 o’clock appt. The only reason I gave this place three stars was because of Jacqueline. I assume she was the Medical assistant. Treated me and my son with dignity and respect so that would be why they 3 Stars. The physician was just OK very pleasant. Treat Liam with respect As well. Honestly, I would only bring my son back here If Jacqueline Is working and available other than that I’ll gladly take him to an AdventHealth or another pediatric Urgent care. For which they clearly don’t understand, there’s one right in the same vicinity as them that just happened to open 2 Hours later. Read moreI had a highly unfortunate experience at Night Lite Pediatrics in Apopka, FL, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. My children were both unwell with cold, fever, and flu symptoms, so I sought medical attention at this facility. However, my experience with a nurse named Jan was deeply troubling.
To my dismay, Jan mixed up the medications intended for my children. My younger son, who is nine years old, received the medication meant for my elder son, who is twelve. Realizing the error, I immediately brought it to Jan’s attention. Her reaction was far from professional, as she seemed flustered and unable to handle the situation appropriately. Fortunately, my younger son did not consume the entire dose before the mistake was identified.
Following a series of tests, it was determined that both of my children had tested positive for FLU A. The medical staff prescribed a precision medication called OSELTAMIVIR 6 MG/ML. However, there was a significant discrepancy between the dosage recommended by the pharmacy (10ml and 12ml) and the dosage advised by Jan (18ml and 22ml). When I questioned this inconsistency, Jan dismissively lectured me about weight being the determining factor, rather than age. Regrettably, I trusted her judgment, and for the past two days, my children have been receiving significantly higher dosages than recommended.
Upon consulting my primary care physician, I discovered that the dosages Jan instructed me to administer were dangerously high. It is deeply unsettling to realize that my children were subjected to such a risk due to the incompetence and irresponsibility of one individual. It is imperative that parents exercise extreme caution when considering Night Lite Pediatrics as a healthcare option for their children. I strongly advise seeking direct communication with doctors and being vigilant in questioning and verifying any instructions provided by nurses or other staff members.
It is disheartening to encounter such incompetence and lack of knowledge in a medical professional. Jan’s actions demonstrate a clear lack of understanding and competence in her role. I urge others to exercise caution and to be diligent in their decision-making when it comes to seeking medical care for their children.

I've never done a business review before, but this experience was so bad I feel an obligation to warn others about this travesty of a a business. Seemed like a great idea for an afterhours children's clinic....just not by them.
Had just moved to the area, my daughter had nausea and was puking, heard about this place. The doctor there (don't remember the name, but had a strong New York style accent) had a horrible bedside manner and was just plane rude. Got minimal treatment (basically they did nothing, and said if it gets worse go to the ER...that advise cost me a FORTUNE!) and sent us on our way.
It gets worse. To be seen at this place they require payment in full (if you don't have insurance)(don't judge, I did say i just moved here and paperwork was still packed) before you are even seen. If that is the case WHY then did I then receive a second bill in the mail?!? I called them up and they immediately said they would take it off their system and it was in error. Her response was so fast and instant I couldn't help but have the feeling that this is standard operating procedure to fish for more money.
Ever since then I've been getting letter after letter in the mail from Transworld Systems Inc. Collection Agency demanding I pay THEM for this debt that never existed in the first place. I called them (the collection agency) up and again they immediately say they are going to remove it and I will not receive anymore contact from them.
My general feelings on this is both Nite Lite and their collection henchmen responded so fast when I called them out on it, that they KNOW they are scamming/fishing for more cash and back down when called. They didn't take time to look over the account, verify with each other, etc for fact checking. They just immediately say they will remove it. The dollar amount is fairly low (less than 100 bucks) so they are betting folks will just pay it and move on. I work hard for every dollar I make and I'm not just willing to give it away. Time will tell if they really stop now.
In SUMMARY: Treatment will be all but useless. Cost will be exoborant. They will hound you till the end of time for non existant made up charges after you have paid in full...
