So this isn't the first time my order has been messed up.. the drivers are always prompt and courteous but the cooks lack any education on how to make a simple pizza... Why can't I ever get the same product when I always order the same thing. Sometimes i don't ask for anything and I get more then I should or less like it's not even there .. I am referring to the sauce.. why must I ask for extra sauce ?? Because most times I don't get any. So I want to taste some type of sauce... But even when I ask for extra it's a hit or miss wether I'll get a regular amount or a ketchup packets worth... Either way it's depressing as well as a gamble.. but this time ... Is something to mention to actually write about.. can u believe that I order a simple pizza ham cheese pepperoni and extra sauce ( to get a regular amount) and what I got was a pizza soup .. there was so much sauce that it tasted like lasagna .. well if lasagna had no cheese and no pasta .. completely soggy pizza drenched in sauce like tomato soup or more like marinara soup. This pizza came with like light cheese and about 3 pizza sauce scoops . You go to pick up a slice you while hand is covered in sauce I tried to eat it because I was starving from a long day of work but couldn't after the second half slice... I mean why??? It's so bad that I'm writing this instead of watching boss baby and having a good night.. I will never come back and order from this dominos again .. I don't care where u live who u are what u do what u look like or anything... So don't take your issues or frustrating out on my pizza ... I'll just stick to Papa John's I don't have any more...
Read moreThis has been the worse customer service I’ve received from this store. I ordered from this place multiple times and there’s was never an issue delivering to my home. So I placed an order tonight 8/01/2022 at 9pm and told everything was getting prepared for me then 20mins a women called me and told me they can’t deliver to my locations since we’re too far. It take only 14 mins to get to my location from their store. So she decided to cancel my order, I told her you’ve been plenty of time before, how is it an issue now. She just said well that was our last time delivering to my location and we have to cancel my order and hung up the phone. I get a notification saying it’s canceled while trying to give them a call back. I told why didn’t at least have the option to do carry out since I’ve been waiting for food to be made. She told me you don’t need to have an attitude and hung the phone again. Then we tried calling for the third time to speak to a manager and never got a response and hung up the phone once again. I don’t deserve this type of customer service when i was trying to treat my family with some pizza. Terrible service and I would love for the manager to listen to the recording on phone if the calls are recorded to really hear how terrible their workers were...
Read moreI picked up my order and I was missing two sauces from it. I had four sauces total, two were on the outside and I thought the other two were inside the boxes and only upon checking after I get home do I find they're not there. I go back to the store, get ignored by employees looking at me thru the glass until I call, and then the woman who comes out tells me they were in the boxes and I have to pay for extra sauces next time but she tells me she'll give them to me this time. I explained they weren't in the boxes and she said it's okay, sets them down on the table and goes back in the store. No apology and implies I'm trying to lie to get a couple extra dollar sauces. Insult to injury after wasting my time and gas returning to the store while my food got cold at home. I'm not gonna say I'll swear off a business over a couple sauces, but this place will definitely be the last place I think of when I wanna order something and I'm guessing I'm not the only one with a similar experience. Train your employees how to properly provide customer service to avoid...
