3/21/2025 New review: I'm not convinced both pizza are the same On 3/21/2025 Placed a new order using Dominos (store credit) for the viral pan pizza. Upon delivery, i noticed box came with stuff crust instead. I took photos of both pizza boxes as proof. I know an apparent mixup must have occurred. This is not a complaint but a determination, if the two-pizzas are one of the same. I will tell you that the stuff crust is not my favorite. The crust taste bland and the pizza itself is devoid of that true pizza flavor. Anybody else feel that way? Photos:
10/3/2014 Updated Review: I love Dominos pizza. I wouldn't substitute it for anything for the modern world. Today, I have an honest confession to make about my order a few minutes ago. I placed online order for the football game this weekend. The order includes, what was supposed to be a Free (2) topping pizza, cheesy bread, wings, and (20 oz) coke. At checkout, the order total come to around (18.00) plus tip. After pondering my decision, I got to thinking, the pizza wasn't Free after all. The pizza I received came with just (1) topping - Cheese. Nothing else !!! So, when Dominos advertise Coupon for free (2) topping pizza, just remember - Nothing in this World is FREE.... WHAT A TERRIBLE DINING EXPERIENCE? DOMINOS, you owe me a free pizza
Dominos pizzas are delicious. A family favorite of sorts. However, Customer service at store location 1001 E. Nine Mile is terrible. The lady that operates that store is Rude and Clueless. I About 20-minutes ago, I placed an order for medium Extravaganza pizza. Prior to order placement, I explained to them to make driver have correct change. We'll, the manager refused to Honor my Rewards points and when the delivery driver showed up, he tried to extort Customer oby forcing me to give him a substantial Large Tip. 3/15/21: 8:30 (approx) My wife places an order for two pizzas, some bread and a sweet. The pizza is delivered, and it is completely wrong. Normally we’d just eat the order but it was so far off that we called.
My wife called and the manger told us he’d send out the order right away. No problem, we are reasonable people, we waited.
10:55 PM. My wife and I still have no correct order, and I had to call myself. At this rate I wanted my money back and he stated it would be in our account in 2-3 business days. I don’t like the sound of that either, nor does the store have the credibility with me at this rate to give me a good feeling about what they said. I’ll be calling my bank in the morning to issue a stop-payment. It’s a shame too, because I’ve ordered from this store for the last decade at two different addresses. Something went downhill with this place not long ago.
I’m not looking for a generic or automated response to this issue, as it’s just food, but it’s also my money that they took quickly, but didn’t REMEDY it quickly. I’ll give it to another business who handles their mistakes a bit better. Treat repeat customers as a priority. Handle your mistakes...
Read moreTo the crew that worked tonight, December 27th, 2023 at 11pm, I really really appreciate yall for making my order to perfection and being so kind to my husband who came to pick it up. I know it was getting time to close, and my order was fairly large. This was a wonderful experience, and the crew that worked tonight is amazing and definitely deserves some recognition. Another thing I appreciate from them is that they took proper steps to make sure they were giving my order to the right person. My husband pulled up into the parking lot right beside dominos, so he walked across instead of driving back over, and so it might’ve seemed a little sketchy to them seeing a man randomly walk in without seeing a car to pick up a large order. They were very kind, very professional, and verified our order before just giving it away. Being this day and age, that type of caution is very appreciated.
