Dominos employees are the most unprofessionally people I have ever delt with! I placed two orders online within 2 minutes apart of one another, one I made a donation- the other one I did not. the delivery driver shows up my daughter handed him $41 she walks in with one box I had to run out to the street to stop him from taking off with my money when the order was only $17 that he brought! he only had one pizza and argued with me and said that was all the order was for. I had to get my phone and show him there were two orders he yells at me and says I'm just a driver you have to call the store! so I called they said that they actually cancelled my order!!!! Claiming that they attempted to call me, so I now had only half my food for my children and had to place a 3rd order! After hanging up I looked online and realized my phone number is UP TO DATE and they NEVER even attempted to call me?!?! I immediately called them back and had to cancel the order because if they're going to lie about even trying to contact me, behave unprofessionally, argue with a customer, laugh at a customer and talk down to a customer, I wouldn't put it past them to do something to my food- just like they did to my order! I have ever intention of going as far up the chain as I possibly can because nobody should be made to feel how I felt or treated the way I was treated and spoke to the way they spoke to me and I'm gonna make sure my friends and family know so they don't have to feel like they are in the wrong when it's the dominos employees who are wrong and...
Read moreI never had a problem with this Domino's and have Always tipped well however tonight my fiance called to place an order and they said We have to have a credit card which is funny because we just ordered a week ago and paid with cash and had no problems at all. Tonight we order and the supposed "Manager" who I guess goes by Dolo and refused to give me his name said we have to pay with a card. Ok I understand that but you can't just change the rules on your discretion and after further discussion he admitted that he is not the manager and is the assistant manager. So whatever the policy is, this guy Dolo or whatever he wants to be called says he's manager and quickly changed story when I said I am calling corporate and on top of it all I am a business owner and ordered to my business but the "dolo" policy is not the same as the other's. All in all NEVER LIE ABOUT YOUR JOB POSITION AND IF YOU CAN CHANGE POLICY WITHOUT THE OWNER OR MANAGER KNOWING THAN I WILL. BEST of luck "dolo" or whoever you think you are and if your Management likes the fact that your rude to customers and say your the MANAGER and quickly change stories when I am calling corporate and owner to the attention of "Rules changing" you say that you are assistant manager. What is your position? I will find out and you will not like being "Dolo". Will the employee that answered the phone please...
Read moreFood is good and hot but one thing consistently I've noticed is some of the drivers sullen demeanor could be construed as rude. I understand it maybe trivial to some but to me, I expect some type of greeting if a customer meet you at the door. To be handed out food in complete silence and ignore any attempt from the customer to greet or break the ice for the short span it takes to sign the recepit, gives the perception of rudeness. I dont know if it is a language barrier, shyness or just a jaded, tired driver but it bothers me. I'm acknowledging you as a person acknowledged me back. I dont think its an unreasonable expectation. In particular I dont want the driver named Juan to EVER deliver to my...
