Well damn. Here we go again!! Trying yet AGAIN!!! First off, right off the rip, expect 55 to 75 minutes to see your food. You might want to just go ahead and tip two or three dollars, because they're going to deliver 30 other pizzas before yours, and 20 more after yours. So don't expect it to be anywhere near fresh or warm by that point. Making 100.00 an hour I tips. Just unreal. This is unreal!! It's insane to think that any business expects it's customers to go through this much to deal with them.
After several months, I decided to try and give them another shot. I would have to be an absolute fool, completely out of my mind, to consider ordering another thing from the store. What an absolute joke of an establishment this is. They have redefined inefficient here. Never ever ever again. I want absolutely have to be starving, or just have rocks in my head for brains, to fool with this place any further. Patronize at ur own risk!!
This for sure will be the last update to my review here comma because I'm just done with pizza all together at this point. If this is what I have to go through to enjoy pizza, to hell with pizza. I don't need anything to put up with this level of frustration. Not even another breath of air is worth pitiful business. I only wish I could give it less than a one-star review. It definitely doesn't deserve a single star.
Before you read this review, it's important to know that it's been awhile since I posted it, so I tried ordering from them again. This place is the worst of the worst. They told me 20 to 30 minutes. It took an hour and 20 minutes. It was old. It was cold. It wasn't even worth paying for. Order from here at your own risk. This store needs shut down. They are single-handedly ruining the entire franchises name
Check out my other 100 or so reviews. I NEVER leave bag reviews. So I ordered for delivery. Took them about 15 minutes to make it. Then it sat there for 52 minute waiting for a driver(they call this the quality check). Then the driver left the store with it and the app gave me a 14 minute eta. Then the driver took a full 57 minutes to arrive with my now 2 hour old, stone cold, pizzas and now lukewarm sodas. Not sure why the driver would stop so many times for so long on the way here...I get that he likely had other pizzas to drop off, but the app GPS showed him stopped at a few stops for 10 minutes or more. One stop was 14 minutes long, which was the entire eta they gave me for delivery time. So unacceptable. What's more, is this store location isn't even the closest one to me. There's one a mile closer, yet the app won't let me order from that store for delivery, they instead push me to order from this hole. Speaking of the app, read the fine print for the app....using that app also gives them permission to sell your name and phone number, so now you know why you get so many telemarketer and scam calls. Had I had another place to order anything from today, I would have never even opened the door for the pizza guy. Then they offer to make it right with 60 points for a free pizza, which is hardly compensation for TWO old, cold, flat pizzas and 2 warm sodas that all came out of a car that smelled like an old dirty ashtray the minute the guy opened his door. No way this location can last much longer. Just read the other reviews. Apparently the owner wants to run it totally hands off, regardless of over a solid year of poor reviews, and the management and employees are burying this location quicker than you'd bury a dead, stinky opossum in your back yard. Order from this store with caution, as you never know when or in what condition your food will arrive in. It hasn't always been this way here, but it has been for the last year or more. I foolishly kept going back, thinking it was just a one-off thing, but after 6 crap experiences in a row, I now know it isn't. Especially after reading so many reviews here that are so similar to my experience. Save yourself the aggravation, and eat someplace else. At least 95 times out of 100 you will be thoroughly let down...

Know that I am changing this review to one star as this location keeps ruining my orders again and again, if I ever complained they would leave me a voice mail about a free pizza which I never chose to use until Thursday... They screwed up my order AGAIN; I don't know how many times it's even been this time. The staff is clearly inept and illiterate because EVERY TIME I ASK FOR EXTRA of anything they put the least amount of that item. I decided to actually answer the phone and they offer this supposed "free" pizza and add brownies or whatever so I wake up not feeling well today and decided to take up their offer, to get a soda they want to charge me the delivery fee, I thought why waste their time because I added a soda? So I decide to go to the store, I get there and they say my "credit" was already used and they are too mute or stupid or both to even call the manager or tell me what is going on. I'm not paying for something I didn't plan on paying for when I was told it was free and I already feel horribly sick I am not waiting there while being told NOTHING good nor bad. They just keep staring at the screen, immobile, as if something is supposed to change while they do NOTHING. I called the manager after I left and the idiot is already aware of the situation and again does NOTHING, didn't offer to fix a single thing. I liked their pizzas well enough but this is the last time I even try to deal with this sorry...
Read moreI placed an online order for delivery, at 8:28 pm, to my hotel, as I am visiting from out of town. I followed the delivery tracker, once Esric left the restaurant at 9 pm, the tracker counted down, 1 minute away and nothing. Another minute passed, he didn't show. I refreshed my tracker and it said he was 5 minutes away. I waited and watched it count down for a second time, only for the same thing to happen again. Now I am annoyed because, why even offer a tracking service. So I wait another 10 minutes and still no driver and app is just on a continuous cycle of a 5 minute count down. So I call the location. Well, if that AI phone service isn't the most frustrating system to use to try and get a human. I had to call twice to properly get through it and reach a human. That took 10 minutes on its own. So at 9:30 I get someone at the location who told me is was pulling up. Low and behold he finally showed up, with an attitude. Hands me the pizza which was cold. Obviously, it left the restaurant 30 minutes before the kid showed up. With as frustrating as all that was, it was when I opened the pizza box and noticed a MISSING SLICE OF PIZZA that led to this review. The kid saw me open the box, I looked at him and just turned back around. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PIZZA DELIVERED MISSING A SLICE. See photo below.
