Wawa — Restaurant in Florida

I had I normally don't have an issue when I order my food but today I had ordered a sandwich I don't really don't get and it was a double meat sandwich of turkey and ham. Apparently it doesn't let you at your toppings that you want it comes preset so one of the employees that was from cash was wondering and helped me by putting special order on my sandwich when I was trying to ask the lady in the deli(janet) that I couldn't add my toppings I wanted. She rushed saying lettuce tomato pickle, got it. I said no...I want more than that, would it be easier just to tell you as your making it?...NO. I was looking at what toppings she had and I said provolone instead of cheddar, add onions and cucumbers. Immediately rattled that back saying got it, heard you the first time (while cutting me off) ...Then while annoyed i saw Veronica, the night team supervisor. Asked her for receipt paper, she said I'll do you one even better, brought me clipboard, pen and a copy paper. I wrote my sandwich how I wanted it, lettuce tomato, pickle onion, mayo(extra), honey mustard, salt pepper oregano. I went and paid and came to the counter to collect it, it was already finished...I asked if she saw the paper, she said she heard me the 1st time. So I had a feeling, went to Veronica, opened the sandwich with her. No oregano and no onions...Veronica went and got onions to help, at this point I didn't care about the oregano. Thankbyou Veronica for going above and beyond to help your team be successful even those who lack patience and customer service slow yall down and annoy your customers, but you left me happy. Janet doesn't belong there if she can't handle stress and give customer service, it's not my first time with her either, just never said anything.

Edited now that I'm home. Realized she gave me only my regular Mac and cheese. I ordered a regular and a Buffalo, both medium...now I'm...

I was treated horribly today at this store by the lady at the drinks station. She accused me of stealing. She snatched the drink out my hand stating young lady you can’t be touching other people’s drink and took it. I told her that was my drink and showed her my ticket and then she asked for receipt and I gave it to her. She then questioned if I paid for the cookie I had in my bag I told her yes with my other drink. I did two orders because one was for me and the other was for my coworker. I work down the street and go to this Wawa every day. Even after showing her all my receipts she questioned me again and asked to see it again. I will no longer go here it was such an embarrassment to the point where the customer behind me was looking at the lady crazy and started taking out her receipt because she said she didn’t want to go through the same thing. And the audacity of the same Wawa employee said no it’s fine you don’t need your receipt. Why was I just harassed but you didn’t need to verify the following ladies receipt..? I have no problem being asked to provide proof of my purchase but that is not what she did. She was rude, argumentative, and snatching things out of my hand. Logically speaking who would steal something and then sit around waiting to get caught.. the whole interaction...

Night shift supervisor Latoya, light skinned greens eyes! Fletcher ave! $4.49 thats alot for a iced coffee. But I like what I like I get them all the time and they say this every time extra liquid sugar pumps are extra. And my response is always I will pay for every pump because I love y'alls iced coffee. But because she was having a bad night she didn't want to understand and argue with me because I said I would pay for the liquid pumps of sugar! And she started arguing because she had work to do and that she just got in. I said ma'am if ure night is that bad that you had to loose a customer over something they are willing to pay for especially some liquid pumps of sugar. So I said I will take my refund else where like Florida and waters ave and get my iced coffee. And this isn't the first time they have a attitude at night. See im over at store 5196 now drove 4 miles away at another store and just make i wasnt making no one mad i asked (Alicia)for help and they helped with a smile. (Michelle) she said she just got in and she was very delightful and made my drink the way I wanted it!
