Final update ** One of the owners of Domino’s has reached out to me and expressed his sincerest apologies for what took place on the day that I ordered my pizzas. He has went over and above, making the situation as right as he can. I appreciate him reaching out, and it has restored my faith that when people treat you badly there are repercussions and consequences. And that business owners do still care how people in their community are treated. Thank you, Mr. Smith I look forward to ordering from Domino’s again in the future.
UPDATE AS OF 3/8/25 still no contact from ANYONE at Dominos despite repeated emails and attempts to get corporate to call back!
I had a pizza delivered from the Domino's at 4507 Manatee Ave W in Bradenton, FL. It was basically inedible because it was burned all over the top and the supposed Italian sausage tasted nothing remotely like Italian sausage and the pepperoni on the other half I couldn't even taste. I reported that I had a problem with my order.
A fellow called me a while later and offered me a credit I accepted the credit but then called back the next day because the pizza was so horrible that I decided I would never order from them again so I asked for a refund instead of a credit.
The fellow I spoke with at the Domino's at 4507 Manatee Ave W · Bradenton, FL told me I would have to seek a refund from the corporate office because he didn't have the receipts or any indication to afford me a refund from their particular store.
I've been going 'round about with the corporate office for about a week and a half now and they gave me a case number and nothing happened. Now they're just completely ignoring me.
I called back the store at 4507 Manatee Ave W · Bradenton, FL and explained the whole situation. As it ended up; basically the gal said that all she could do from her end was indeed, offered me a credit in lieu of a refund so I guess I'm screwed and have an old s* pizza in my refrigerator which I need to throw away now because it's useless and tasteless and the worst Pizza I think I've ever had in my life even more than frozen pizzas in the store.
I can't believe that a big corporation like Domino's would treat their customers like that...Are they that desperate for money? What gives? I hope your corporation loses big time...and it will; mark my...
Read moreSo I had a terrible experience at the dominos on 57th ave west near 14th Street, I called them and they left me of hold so I hung up, called back just for a lady to tell me everything is down and their not doing orders anymore at the moment -.-
So I called the one on manatee ave, and when the woman answered the phone, unfortunately I didn't get her name because she was amazing. The service she provided and the way she spoke to me was great, knew what she was doing, knew what I was talking about and was very nice! There's nothing more than having someone who actually cares and that's what I look for in good customer service! :)
I had never been to the dominos on manatee so when I entered for the first time with my husband, the professionalism was crystal clear, and INSIDE was so clean and spotless and beautiful. You can actually EAT and dine there. It was truly amazing. I'm so amazed because the one on 57th is I'm sorry to say, really, but it's quite dirty and I go there often and always the chairs and counter tops are sticky to the touch. And it's just upsetting knowing I'm about to eat my food from a place that isn't well kept.
The location on manatee , when I got in we spoke to two different employees and both were excellent. One a young girl, and a gentleman. Very proper and greeted me as soon as I walked in and greeted me walking out. I just want to give kudos to where it's needed because the team there works well. At least that's what it seemed to our eyes and I'm just very impressed. I no longer will be going to the one on 57th and I will be returning to dominos on manatee ave. Thank you dominos team, I hope you guys see...
