So I go to this location some days while at work since I work not too far from this location... the customer service used to be great, but today I went in to the store I was not greeted by the girl at the front counter, then I stood in front of the register for almost 5 minutes (I was literally the only customer in this place) with the girl standing at the register, still no greeting , finally she looks up and says sorry I have to wait for the manager because of something happening with refunding or something... when I was finally told to order I had to start my order on the drive thru register then the manager came over and helped me sheās awesome š she took my order at the regular register and it was great from there but, I get back to work took a few sips of my cold brew and I look down in my cup and I seen a nat in there lately itās like I canāt win for losing with this location... the last 4 times Iāve ordered from them there was an issue using my card on the app so they made me pay again for it because it shows on the app it did t go through but in my bank statements it shows very different... even though I showed them my bank info they still made me pay the balance again iāve given us please chance after chance today was the last straw Iām done going here I would advise everybody not to go here the customer service is ridiculous and now Iām finding flies in my coffee and being double charged for my...

Christina hired me on, so sweet and such a kind lady. My first week was good until i met Karen !!! When you see her name please run !!! Awful woman. The training i had was not too in dept or long enough for me to catch onto how to make the drinks 100% before i was thrown on the floor. Karen would embarrass me in front of co workers and customers by saying āYou still donāt know how to make that drink yet?ā In a nasty tone UNPROESSIONAL and just out right rude. She would target me all the time for no reason and bully and pick and pick at me you can just tell she wasnāt raised with any home training or any sense to use nice words or to knew to treat people with kindness ! An inspection or something needs to be done on this place ASAP ! Would make us work 6-7 hours on end WITH NO LUNCH BREAKS! Walked up to the lobby to see whatās going on and the door was locked. Drive back to the window and Sherise told me āwe didnāt forget about you.ā I told her Iād been waiting for 30 minutes already and wanted a refund. She told me āweāll bring you your order in a few.ā Again I told her I wanted a refund and not the coffee. I asked to speak with her manager, she got a woman named Alisha who I assume is the manager. Instead of Alisha explaining that theyāre short staffed and apologize for the wait and inconvenience, she just went straight to the register to refund me. I asked for the number to corporate and she told me that she couldnāt give it out. I asked for her DMās name and she wouldnāt give me that information either. So here i am.
I hate to be that person leaving poor reviews for those that are working really hard during these complicated times, but if youāre a manager you know that no matter what, you treat your customers with respect.
