Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

I came up to order from Dunkin Donuts on 11.23.22 in the afternoon. I watched the young man at the register take out trash as he said he would be with me. He did not wash his hands. No gloves. I ordered my coffee. Then a young woman put a trash bag in the can and I saw her start to make my drink. I asked her to wash her hands, "Can you please wash your hands? Sorry." She washed her hands and walked into the back and another girl, who I did not observe washing her hands came from the back with her and smiled. She delivered my coffee. I am not asking for too much. Just clean hands...which is in compliance with the food serving industry's expectations. If I see you working with a trash can, I do not want to see you move from the trash to the preparation of anyone's...

This Dunkin is inside the gas station. It wasn't that busy when arrived, but the staff was clearly unhappy or had a rush. The girl taking our order was basically hiding under her visor and we couldn't hear anything she said and kept having to ask her to repeat things. The drinks were fine- we were hoping for better coffee than the hotel coffee we had been drinking. We opted to get some donuts as well. They were fine. The counter they put our box of donuts on and drinks was sticky and gross. The box stuck to the counter and I had to wipe it off and almost asked for a new box but realized that might be too much. We also had to wipe off the bottom of our cups. Not a great time. Felt like we should have just gotten the gas...

I've been on a bit of a coffee binge lately and DD is the place I've been going to get my weekly little frozen mocha treat. The problem is, everytime I order the exact same drink, and everytime it comes out different depending who is making it. Sometimes it has whipped cream and mocha syrup. Sometimes is doesn't, sometimes even the frozen become iced instead of actually frozen, so I am not exactly sure what to make of it. At this rate I have no idea what I am getting. I might as well pick something random on their menu every time I go. However, service people are nice, food is pretty good and it costly if you need something quick on the go, but drink could be...
