Omg that was the Worst Avocado "toast" I ever had Gross, soft bread.no toasting Anywhere. For$ 4.20. WTF Teach your employess HOW TO TOAST TOAST.

I go to Dunks 5 days a week minimum and have for years. I was so excited when this location opened and it was great at first! It has extremely gone down hill and rather quickly. It seems to be ran by teenagers, never an adult or manager on site, at least when I visited the dozens of times, and is very inefficient/ poorly run in general.. The consistency has been terrible to the point where I stopped coming here for months. The kids don’t really seem to have a sense of urgency and you have to interrupt their talking or phone time for help. The mobile orders are NEVER put where they are supposed to. They lump them all behind the counter and they will sit there till food is cold, drinks are melted and ppl ask for their stuff. The coffee is half full and just loaded with ice or foam. The only location I have encountered like this. I’m definitely going to be avoiding this location all together...

I don't understand how this place has a 4.4 star rating. It used to be so great when they first opened and now it's just awful. Every now and then I'll order a cold brew at like 8 am and it's ALWAYS bitter and disgusting like it's old coffee from the day/week before. I ordered a nitro cold brew this morning thinking it would be similar to starbucks frothy and delicious. I'm pretty positive they gave me a regular cold brew and charged me for the nitro. I took 1 sip and immediately dumped it out it was bitter like alcohol and disgusting. You're charging $4 to $5 for a cup of coffee you expect it be to good. I'll definitely continue going to Starbucks instead.
