Read moreThe girl who took my order apparently doesn't know the difference between "FROZEN" and "ICED". I suggested that maybe she didn't understand the English language. Then when they had to remake my order, she delivered it with an attitude "Is THIS ok?" I replied "yes" and as she walked away she said "I understand the English language." which makes sense because she spoke perfect English when she took my order. Read moreOne of my favorite Dunkin Donuts (Dunkin'). Always a pleasure to get my coffee, hash browns, bagel or wrap. They get the order correct 99% of the time and if for some reason something is missed, they'll perform service recovery and fix the problem quickly. The staff are polite and friendly. Note that this is one of the few 24 hour locations and whether I come at 1am or 1pm, the staff are consistently professional, courteous and accurate.
