Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

Ordered a bottled diet Pepsi, received full sugar Pepsi. Line was wrapping around the whole store so couldn't get an exchange. When I called to make sure they wouldn't make the same mistake or worse (perhaps mistaking a full sugar sweetener for a sugar free sweetener in a diabetic's drink) the person answering the phone gave the most -pardon my language- bitchy attitude. The girl who took my order apparently doesn't know the difference between "FROZEN" and "ICED". I suggested that maybe she didn't understand the English language. Then when they had to remake my order, she delivered it with an attitude "Is THIS ok?" I replied "yes" and as she walked away she said "I understand the English language." which makes sense because she spoke perfect English when she took my order. One of my favorite Dunkin Donuts (Dunkin'). Always a pleasure to get my coffee, hash browns, bagel or wrap. They get the order correct 99% of the time and if for some reason something is missed, they'll perform service recovery and fix the problem quickly. The staff are polite and friendly. Note that this is one of the few 24 hour locations and whether I come at 1am or 1pm, the staff are consistently professional, courteous and accurate.
