Absolutely horrendous "membership" policy. BEWARE! They enter minors in to contracts! My 12 yr old went there about a month ago with a friend on a play date. He has has Apple pay on his phone that we fund for when he goes out. Apparently the teenagers that run the actual facility allowed him/coerced him to sign up for a membership using his Apple pay. I only know this since I got an e-mail from them stating the most recent payment was declined. Not only is a 12 year old not able to enter in to a contract, but who even tries to sell one to a 12 year old? I was there 2 weeks ago with my younger daughter and her friend and they tried to get me to sign up as well. I declined only to get text while I was sitting there that my info had been used to sign up for a membership but under someone else's name. I went straight to the desk and they acknowledged they signed someone else up using my phone number "by accident". Not quite sure how that can happen. Seems to me the desk people are either compensated by how many memberships they can "sell" or are getting pressure by management to do this, since they did it to a 12 year old. The best part is now that I am trying to cancel his membership. you can't even speak to a live person. You call then # and it directs you to the website where you have to login or create a login to cancel. He's 12, that's not happening. If they can sign him up without a login, they can cancel without one too. If you call the listed phone #, you can either "chat with a live representative over text" or request a call back. Still waiting on that call back...absolutely outrageous! Oh also, they "pay" for google reviews. While I was sitting there watching my daughter playing, one of their employees came over with kids size bottles of water saying we can have one for free if I post a 5-star review and mention his name. I did it to get the water and then immediately deleted the review. (Edited to add: having looked through other's reviews, you can actually see this in real time as some folks took pictures of the staff with their Gatorade holders with the mini-waters and one even shows the kid holding the QR code to scan for the review) It's seems to me that their policies are...
Read morePretty disappointed since everything switched over to “Ninja Kidz” - although a lot of the new activity sets are great- some of the renovations are not well thought out and unsafe- for example: the gaps between the inflatable platforms and the hard padded floors. The floor staff is rude and very unhelpful - one of them blew her whistle right in my ear but didn’t follow through with correcting the child’s behavior that she blew for, and when I asked another staff member last week about new socks - that he was enforcing we HAD to have- his response was “oh I don’t know” (instead of finding out or having a more proactive response). The bathrooms are always filthy and tonight (Saturday) one was “closed for cleaning” and the other’s toilet wasn't flushing. As someone who was bringing my kids here every week, I’m now considering canceling...
Read moreI highly recommend Ninja kids to all families. This is exactly the kind of environment where I want to bring my children – a place where they are treated with kindness, respect, and genuine care. Thank you to all the workers for creating such a positive and supportive atmosphere.
I want to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional service I received from Steph. I was having a very tough day, feeling overwhelmed , and Steph went above and beyond to assist me and my children. Despite what I'm sure was a tiring day for her and the rest of the workers she helped with everything we needed and offered incredibly kind and supportive advice.
What struck me most was the genuine care and compassion shown by steph and all the staff towards my kids. It's clear that Ninja kids is a safe and welcoming place where children can have fun and...
