DISGUSTING STORE ROACHES ALL OVER THE PLACE DONT EAT HERE....attitudes are disgusting, manager needs to be fired. I went in for a chai tea and a glazed doughnut as the confused male cashier handed me a stale cold doughnut with paper stuck to it I looked at him as if he was crazy, then I politely asked for a new warm doughnut so he snatched the bag sucked his teeth then put my doughnut in the oven which as soon as it was touched a few roaches crawled out NOT one A FEW I was totally disgusted because he acted as if they were invisible smh then 20 minutes go by and I still did not receive my chai tea apparently the boy didn't know how to make one because he was asking everyone to make it for me, of course they refused, so he asked his manager and she said "NO I'm not making that I'm on drive thru" which literally had ZERO cars and I was like ok give me my money back. The manager got upset sucked her teeth and said your lucky I'm going to do this cause your pretty. LIKE wth I was so ready to snatch her from behind the counter but I'm better than that. MORAL OF THE STORY this store needs a manager employees in the parking lot getting high, they look like they just rolled out of...

Update... Today is my 🎂 🎉 so I figured I should look to see if my local DD is accepting Perks again. The app offers users a free Birthday beverage, so giving this location another try won't cost me much.

So happy to see that the issues referenced below are being addressed! I'm not holding my breath, but I will definitely return to see if the improved customer service is here to stay. Used to be a regular, but due to the combined decline of food and beverage quality, intermittently closed lobby, shut down of the ability to order ahead via Dunkin Donuts Perks, and (the kicker IMHO) increased menu prices.... if i return it'll be a last opportunity for this place to impress me. Horrible experience! Waited in line for 20 minutes . Ordered a donut , iced latte and snacking bacon in that order. When I got to the window the lady said you had the snacking bacon and I said yes assuming she got everything else I ordered. Once I got my receipt it only had the bacon. So I waited till she got back and I told her I had ordered more items and she catches an attitude and said I asked you if you had that and you said yes . I told her when my order was taken the bacon was the last thing I ordered and after each item I was asked anything else. She said I told ya it was $2.66 how much did you think it was . for one she did not tell me a total she only asked if I had that then ran my card . She continue to argue with me and said I would have to get back in line and ended it with her slamming the window slide and rudely saying bye . her name was Aaniiz’jah .
