Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

I just had an awful experience at the Dunkin' Donuts in Murabella. I went in and my daughter and I ordered from the kiosk . After receiving our order I bite into the sausage egg and cheese croissant & it was cold! I took the sandwich back up to the counter and told the lady being the register. Then I hear her ask the staff to remake it and heard staff ask "why" she replied "bc it was cold" . I then look over at the staff she was talking too and see them all rolling their eyes. Not even two whole minutes go by and she brings me a bag with another sausage egg and cheese croissant. I open it up and take a bite . This time it was Luke warm and the cheese was cold. I looked at my daughter she was half way through her breakfast sandwich and asked her if hers was cold. She said hers was warm. Totally unacceptable! I took 3 bites of almost frozen food this morning at this location and now my stomach hurts really bad feels like almost food poisoning & I have tons of Stuff I need to do today ... pls be aware of...

Hey so im gonna rating it one star. Because my good pal named “Kabob”, is a colatta drinker. And them drinks the LARGE one always. So I, just think it is kind of annoying distrsepcful and, rude and rasist of you to make a straw berry short cake colatta. Them always drinks these colatta and get a large blue colatta. And this is really an outrage because my friend naurkah had to make a really big colatta and it was an inconvenience for him because, he was like “um why did u order a large blue colatta”? And now u guys just decide it’s ok to make a new colatta just to make his days of making colatta seven worse cus now my good pal kabob is gonna keep ordering large colatta . It is an inconvenience and an outrage and I will not stand for it!!!!! And not to mention my pal kabob likes spills ing large drinks all OVER the 7 11 right across the road. First review ever! Hi this is Ricky. I have never had such a great! experience! first,, lets try to brake it down, Drive Thru, the politeness experience and knows her products overall great employee, she checked all the boxes. Number two greatness manager available immediately upon request her presence like a coach in the NFL game number three as always I had to go back and grab something. I forgot they fixed it like faster better without sacrificing quality, and service great job everybody like a well oiled machine to take my head off to you today. Thanks for a great start of my day now I can go see my doctor. :-) Really hard to find great employees these days behind. Great employees and.a good support...
