I have given this store many chances since they opened. They do not listen when order is being placed or they do not enter the order correctly. My iced coffee is rarely ever made right. I order the same thing every time toasted almond iced coffee with cream and sugar. Pretty simple. They can not seem to get it right. I ordered 2 orders of snackin bacon on my way to work one night and received a box of burnt plain bacon. After arguing with me and then admitting they ran out of the seasoned bacon they offered to remake it but would take too much time and make me late for work. The last 2 visits we went just for bagels after getting our coffees at our reliable Dunkin (who just happened to be out of bagels). They could not grasp putting butter and cream cheese on the bagel. They made it incorrectly yesterday and when I called the manager promised to replace it if I came in the next day. Upon returning today he was not going to replace it like he promised the day before until again it was made wrong. They put butter on it not cream cheese both days. He then proceeded to belittle the employee right in front of us and tell her she was the reason he has to give away free food. It was remade AGAIN and was sloppy and not toasted. Barely any butter OR cream cheese. You think when they open an actual Dunkin store they would take pride in their service and product. They would treat the customer well as well as the employees. When we arrived, There were three cars in the pick up line. (wasnāt very busy there was no one inside). I waited a total of 40 minutes for two drinks (a latte and a frozen coffee) and two sandwiches (SE&G and a BE&C). When we got the sandwiches, both of them were cold. A little disappointing but fine. They were out of frozen drinks, (said they would take five to ten minutes to brew new coffee for the frozen drinks) no big deal if they were out, they offered us a coolata instead so we went with that, the coolata literally had no taste (tasted like a milk slushie, no vanilla, no sweetness). My coffee tasted like crap. (usually i have no problems with it tasting bad. So we ordered a lemonade which iāve had before, it literally tasted like pine sol, i wish I was joking genuinely. I never like to complain but this was the worst service experience iāve ever had at any restaurant. Not to mention, no apologies for the 40 minute wait or the mess upās or outages. Terrible customer service. Very slow. Wish the one cute blonde girl and blue/purple piece with piercings was there, she never messes up my drink and is super sweet...

I come to the window and he tells me I need to speak up next time and that I need to let them know if Iām using Apple Pay. I completely understand but his tone of voice was as if he was talking down on me and it was not necessary and made me feel bad. I even told him I know youāre probably stressed working in fast food but thereās no need to give me an attitude. He never apologized he just said he wasnāt giving me an attitude and just restated what he said in the beginning. I know what he said wasnāt rude at all, there was just an attitude displayed through my entire experience. If thatās how a manager can talk to a customer who was quiet and friendly I canāt even imagine how he talks to his staff.. Makes me feel uncomfortable...
