Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

Just left here after trying it again after a year. Door was locked to prevent walking in. Went through the drive thru and the girl was unsmiling as she gave us our drink. Immediately after she handed the drink to me, she used the palm of her hand to wipe her nose. She then proceeded to grab the next order without disinfecting. She had NO gloves on. Never going back there again! I would give zero stars if I could.

My husband is addicted to Dunkin’s and buys his drinks here all the time. He even buys his friends their drinks. The only condition he has is that his drink be extra hot as they are usually lukewarm when he gets them. Personally, I prefer Starbucks as they are very accommodating when it comes to heating a drink. However, I decided to accompany him to his coffee place instead and was unpleasantly surprised when the drive through gentleman refused to heat up the drink to make sure it was hot. Needless to say, we left and are now sitting at Starbucks with our piping hot drinks. The drinks are not very different in price but if I am paying 5 bucks for a drink and adding a tip, I think I deserve a hot drink which is actually hot. You need to do...

My teenage daughter and her friends went to Dunkin for their birthday breakfast but the staff was rude. They ordered 25 donut holes and a double chocolate donut. They had to reorder their donut because they didn't give them the double chocolate and gave them 15 donut holes while the staff was being rude and giving them an attitude. Also they said they took a selfie and she yelled at them for taking a picture of her when they were clearly not. The worker also did not have a name tag and the kids were trying to get her name but couldn't.

Edit: unfortunately we were greeted with another bad experience. We tried to online order but it wasn’t working and it still took the money out of my account even though it didn’t place the order.we told the staff and they couldn’t do anything about it but they were being snarky about it and we didnt appreciate it. The young man working there was in a tizzy, I couldn’t get him to understand that my drink should have been free with purchase. He forgot to ring up my donut 🍩 with my drink so it didn’t come out free. So then he said the donut is on the house. I don’t want the donut on the house I want my drink for free that was what the coupon was for today. Cold brew with purchase free 4/20. Then he mumbled something about his manager not being there and he wasn’t fully awake yet!🤦🏻‍♀️ Then he rang up my husband order who ordered the same thing a donut and cold brew paid cash but used his app came up to 1.70 so he did it right this time. But he got all confused and put the cash in the tip jar I told him that was for the donut. He replied again I just got up!! He took out the money was messing around with the register and said it messed up and continued to say as soon as I get it open I will give you your change back of .60 !
